★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solusi temporary untuk pasangan muda yang baru saja menikah, untuk hunian yang layak huni. Ukuran 5x5, termasuk ruang tamu (ruang tv), dapur, kamar mandi/wc, balkon, 1kamar tidur. Dekat dari jl Magelang dan jl Palagan. 10 menit dari tugu jogja. 12 menit ke stasiun tugu. Banyak penghuni rusun merangkap sopir ojek online. Jadi mudah mobilitasnya. Harga sewa murah terutama lantai paling atas yaitu lantai 5. Listrik 900VA per kepala keluarga. Kekurangan: tidak ada lift, kualitas air kurang bagus, ada partikel pasir dan airnya seperti air sungai sebelah timur rusun. Sanitasi jelek, ada bau tak sedap dari pipa sanitasi. Finishing eksterior tidak rapi. Syarat untuk sewa adalah: Punya ijin tinggal di Sleman, menikah, bekerja, ektp Sleman, fotokopi legalisir surat nikah, surat belum memiliki rumah, foto 4x6, surat kk, ektp. Berani nego dan setor muka tiap minggu disana. Blok C dan D kosong tapi mungkin belom bisa sepenuhnya dipakai, banyak kebocoran.
