★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff nya kurang ramah, mungkin karna beranggapan sudah kenal jadi professionalisme nya kurang. Pernah saya ditanyain org yg mau daftar ke rusun itu, tp kata beliau penuh. Padahal kenyataannya masih kosong sekitar 2 sampai 3 kamar
The staff is not friendly, maybe because they think they already know, so their professionalism is lacking. I was once asked by an individual who wanted to register in the flat, but he said he was full. Even though in reality, about 2 to 3 rooms are still empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemukiman murah milik pemerintah. Tepat sasaran dan strategis, mengurangi masalah2 pemukiman yg biasa terjadi di perkotaan, karena terbatasnya lahan pemukiman.
Perlu lebih ditingkatkan lagi koordinasi antara pengelola UPT ini dengan para penduduknya tentang maintenent atau perawatan lingkungan demi kenyamanan bersama.
Cheap housing owned by the government. Right on target and strategic, reducing the problems of settlements that are common in urban areas, due to the limited area of settlement.
Coordination between the UPT managers and their residents needs to be improved more about maintenance or environmental care for mutual convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rusunawa di pusat kota jogja. Rusunawa ini lokasinya strategis. Dekat dengan pusat kota dan pusat keramaian, stasiun serta dilintasi jalur kendaraan umum dan mudah juga untuk mencari transportasi online.
Bangunan terdiri dari 2 blok dan 4 lantai. Lantai paling bawah lebih khusus untuk manula dan penyandang difabel. Makin ke atas tarif sewa lebih murah dibanding yang dibawah.

Rusunawa in downtown Jogja. This Rusunawa has a strategic location. It is close to the city center and the center of the crowd, stations and is crossed by public transportation routes and it is also easy to find online transportation.
The building consists of 2 blocks and 4 floors. The lowest floor is more specifically for seniors and people with disabilities. The higher the rental rate is cheaper than the one below.
The parking lot is downstairs, on the 1st floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ akses kepusat perbelanjaan pasar , toko atau warung kelontong maupun warung makan dekat , pemandangan yg tidak menjenuhkan dengan keluar kamar bisa melihat hotel2 kelas melati sampai kelas bintang dengan wisatawannya jalan2 menuju malioboro.. dan yang paling penting dari rusunawa graha tempatnya bersih berada dipusat kota yang strategis ditepi jalan raya dengan tempat parkir roda dua yang memadahi..
access to the market shopping center, shops or grocery stalls or food stalls close by, the view is not boring by leaving the room you can see hotels from jasmine to star class with tourists traveling to Malioboro.. and most importantly from Rusunawa Graha, the place is clean, in a strategic city center on the side of the highway with adequate parking for two wheels..
