★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 1 tahun tinggal belum bisa dipasangi internet rumahan katanya belom dapet izin dari pemda, dan juga ada beberapa hunian yang rembes/muncul air dari tembok sudah di laporkan ke pengelola tapi belum ada tindakan alasannya itu urusannya terkait sama yang membangun rusun ini. Sama air rusun ini tidak layak di masak/ tidak bisa untuk masak soalnya air nya licin gitu dan kadang kadang ada cacing nya

Rusun ini terletak persis di samping jalan kalideres taman kota. jika belok melalui jalan rawa buaya. maka setelah menyebrangi jembatan rawa buaya langsung belok ke kanan untuk menuju Rusun ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paket barang gaboleh dititipin di pos, kurir gaboleh naik, trs kita kalo pesen barang online shop alamatnya mesti kemana ya maaf? kerumah tmn yg ga dirusun? punya pos security banyak buat apa? satpam banyak ngapain? kalo nitipin paket aja gaboleh, bolehin kurirnya naik dong, yg namanya belanja online buat mempermudah bukan mempersulit! org ga selalu ada dirumah. kerja shift bentrok terus sama kurir yg anter paket ujung ujungnya paket dibawa lagi sama kurir. gangerti lagi sistem apa yg dipake dirusun ini.
