★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rusun kurang terawat, banyak bagian yg rusak tapi dibiarkan oleh management, sampah berserakan, warga kurang sadar akan kebersihan lingkungan dan sadar buang sampah pada tempatnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah susun daerah cengkareng, lokasi dekat dengan perumahan dll tempat nya luas, cuman agak tidak terawat masuk ke dalam rusun banyak barang-barang berantakan tiap sudut tangga banyak barang kasur sepeda dll. Selebihnya lihat sendiri keadaan rusunnya
