2 kali pencet bel pendaftaran tapi tidak ada respon.
Mohon bisa ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya.
4 guards at a time, not enough patients.
2 times pressing the registration bell but no response.
Please improve the quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang jam 9 malam , priksa anak sy. Saya pencet bel 3 kali gak juga di buka pintunya ,padahal pintu samping ke buka. Saya pencet lagi bel nya malah gak bunyi , seperti nya bel sengaja di matiin(cabut batreny) ,pintu samping yg awalnya kebuka malah ditutup diam2.
Saran aja klo memang sudah tidak mau menerima pasien bilang aja gak pa2. Jangan seperti ini. Terima kasih
I came at 9 pm, check my son. I pressed the bell 3 times and the door didn't open, even though the side door was opened. I pressed the bell again and it didn't make a sound, it looked like the bell had been turned off on purpose (unplugged the battery), the side door that was originally opened was closed quietly.
Just a suggestion, if you don't want to accept the patient, just say it's okay. Do not be like this. Thank You
