★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & new building. Did not feel any AC outside of the treatment room since the temperature was too warm. Nice service from the doctor & nurses but bad service from the administration/registration part, it took 4 hours starting from registration, outpatient treatment until reaching cashier. Will not going back to this hospital except they have improved their administration flow. Fyi, i use insurance and it took quite sometime since we have to go through "pengesahan asuransi" process. And one question, why do we have to go through pharmacy process when all we did was only vaccination? Since there are no medicine to pick up. Administration process is such a burden we feel like going back to early 1990s administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital and friendly staff not include 1 staf that I heard talked to custumers beside me in high tone haha. Modern building and huge parking lot. I think this is new hospital building so hope the quality of the construction will be good too. I also take picture of the park permanent bench with kind of gazebo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm excited about this new hospital.
I went there, took awhile until I got treated. All staffs and doctors are all helpful. I really hope building maintenance can be carefully observed (as I took a peak inside the doctor's room - they do have a doctor/nurse-only way-and the ceiling seems to be leaking.)
It's a teaching hospital, so I really hope that young doctors can learn a lot here. I hope they can go as big as RSCM and can be enlisted as one of the national referral hospitals.
