★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak di layan dengan baik, bahkan pasien sudah darurat sampai tidur tidur di kursi karna nahan sakit, tapi tidak di respon sama sekali
Padahal banyak perawat bolak balik melihat pasien!
 Not served properly, even the patient has an emergency to sleep sleeping in a chair because of pain, but there is no response at all
Even though many nurses go back and forth to see patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayaknya perawat dan bagian administrasi nya gak di ajarkan attitude dan pelayanan customer yang benar.
Sangat di sayangkan rumah sakit bagus tapi pelayanan jauh dari kata memuaskan, apalagi perawat dan bagian administrasi yang di IGD. Tolong di ajarkan cara berbicara yang enak di dengar ya.
It seems that the nurse and the administration department are not taught the right attitude and customer service.
It is very regrettable that the hospital is good but the service is far from satisfactory, especially the nurses and the administration in the ER. Please teach me how to speak that is easy to hear.

pengalaman saya ke sana
1. saya dituduh mengambil foto oleh petugas IGD, padahal saya sedang membalas wa untuk mengurus kakak yang sedang di IGD. Ini sempat saya repoet ke bagian HRD (katanyaa akan diusut) tali sampai inj sudah bertahun2 saya belum menerima tindak lanjutnya. KETERLALUAN
2. Kami memesan layanan PCR drive thru di RS Ini melakui aplikasi HALODOC, dijadwalkan jam 8 pagi, tapi kami harus menunggu di dalam mobil SATU JAM lamanya dannn pelayanan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kedatangan mobil. Sangat tidak professional dan tidak terorganisir, bahkan satpamnya mengeluh mereka yang akhirnya sering dimarahi oleh pasien
3. Hasil PCR dikatakan maksimal 24 jam, tapi lebih dari 24 jam belum kami terima.
4. Ketika mau dikonfirmasi hasil PCRnya melalui tlp, bagian ext 2626 (dibilangnya MCU) hanya mengucap "MCU" lalu ditutup teleponnya.....TIDAK SOPAN, padahal sebelum2nya saya sudah menunggu lama untuk bisa tersambung.
semenjak Pemimpinnya (alm. Prof. Dr. Sibuea) meninggal dunia, pelayanannya jauhhhh memburuk dan sangat tidak recomended
WORST hospital ever.....
my experience there
1. I was accused of taking photos by the emergency room staff, even though I was replying to wa to take care of my sister who was in the emergency room. I had time to repeat this to the HRD department (they said it would be investigated) the rope has been going on for years and I haven't received any follow up. OUTSTANDING
2. We ordered a PCR drive thru service at this hospital through the HALODOC application, scheduled for 8 am, but we had to wait in the car for ONE HOUR and the service provided did not match the arrival of the car. Very unprofessional and disorganized, even the security guards complain that they are often scolded by patients
3. The PCR results are said to be a maximum of 24 hours, but we have not received more than 24 hours.
4. When you want to confirm the PCR results via telephone, the ext 2626 section (it says MCU) only says "MCU" and then hangs up the phone..... NOT POLICE, even though before that I had waited a long time to be able to connect.
since the leader (the late Prof. Dr. Sibuea) passed away, the service has gotten much worse and is not recommended
