★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian gak jelas...saya datang antrian nom 20 di blkg sya dpt nom antri 10..payah.amburadul.bagian pelayanan pendaftaran judhes gak ramah pokoke payah bgt.kecewa sangat kecewa.
 The queue is not clear...I came to queue number 20 in the back. I got the queue number 10..payah.amburadul.The judhes registration service section is not friendly, it's really bad, very disappointed.

Sudah datang dan ambil nomer antrian lebih awal lha kok yang di panggil malah yang belakang" saya ...
Saya sampai malu bertanya lebih dari 10× dengan jawaban yang sama "sabar pak nanti juga di panggil sesuai nomer antrianya" ...
lha padahal juga bayar tidak cuma sekedar minta tolong saja ...
#UROLOGI...
My experience here is not satisfied with the service at the call the queue number which is not in clear order...
Already come and take the queue number earlier, how come the one called behind "me...
I was embarrassed to ask more than 10× with the same answer "be patient, sir, you will also be called according to the queue number" ...
After all, paying is not just asking for help...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali periksa disini untuk kontrol kandungan istri saya. Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih. Untuk antrian pendaftaran khusus peserta BPJS tersedia 2 loket jadinya lumayan cepet.
First time checking here for my wife's pregnancy control. The place is comfortable and clean. For the special registration queue for BPJS participants, there are 2 counters, so it's pretty fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter kandungan sangat tidak ramah dengan pasien, tidak menjelaskan bagaimana kondisi saya, guna pemeriksaan tsb buat apa, dll. Untuk bidannya sangat tidak profesional dalam bekerja. Menangani bayi dengan emosi. Ditanya kontrol saya kapan ke dokter kandungan tidak tau di karenakan dokter sudah masuk kamar operasi, ditanya obat tidak tau. Heran, saya di sini bayar tp pelayanan sama sekali jelek.
The obstetrician was very unfriendly to the patient, did not explain how my condition was, what the examination was for, etc. The midwife is very unprofessional in her work. Handle baby with emotion. When asked when I went to the obstetrician, I didn't know because the doctor had already entered the operating room, I was asked about the medicine, I didn't know. Surprised, I'm here to pay but the service is totally bad.

They give their best in their services and as long as you prepare all your document in need, their administration services is working like a flowing water. Rare thing you can find in this area.
