★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan prima, tenaga dokter sangat profesional, pengobatan transparan, biaya ramah kantong. Sayangnya admin kurang responsif dan tidak ada fitur update kondisi pasien rawat inap melalui website maupun WA.
Excellent service, very professional doctors, transparent treatment, pocket-friendly fees. Unfortunately the admin is not responsive and there is no feature to update the condition of inpatients through the website or WA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali dateng buat periksa mau operasi cherry eye kucing tp kata dokter harus enukulasi (pengangkatan bola mata karena matanya sdh tdk berfungsi dan rusak) dng DP 1,5jt dikarenakan ga ada biaya akhirnya sy bawa pulang kerumah sy obatin pke salep dan ternyata dokter SALAH diagnosa, kucing sy sembuh total matanya normal pupilnya normal kembali sehat.. menurutku udh salah diagnosa, Biaya Mahal banget hanya untuk DP.. kecewa sih,, saran sy lebih baik jng terlalu ambil keputusan dgn satu dokter kasian anabulnya malah fatal nantinya main angkat bola mata aj!
The first time I came to check for a cat's cherry eye surgery, but the doctor said you have to enucleate (removal of the eyeball because the eye is not functioning and damaged) with a DP of 1.5 million because there was no cost, I finally brought it home and treated it with ointment and it turned out that the doctor had the WRONG diagnosis , my cat has recovered completely, his eyes are normal, his pupils are normal, his pupils are healthy again.. in my opinion, the diagnosis has been wrong, the cost is very expensive just for a down payment.. really disappointed,, my advice is better not to make decisions too much with one doctor, poor anabul, even fatal later playing with eyeballs ah!
