★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satpam cewe yg kyk cowo ga sopan pada saat jaga di lantai rawat inap. terlalu kaku. ga recomend inap di sini. padahal pelayanan dan kebersihan sangat cukup. syg sekali hanya satpam kurang ramah dan kaku.
The female security guard who looks like a guy is not polite when he is guarding the inpatient floor. too stiff. do not recommend staying here. even though the service and cleanliness is very adequate. I'm sorry, only the security guard is not friendly and stiff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini Ibu mertua di rawat karena kondisi emergency tidak bisa bergerak dan berbicara, setelah ditangani dokter IGD, ada perbaikan bisa berbicara dan diminta rawat inap, setengah hari menunggu dikabarkan dapat kamar dan 1 penunggu diminta untuk periksa antigen dengan bayar tunai 99k. tapi sampai jam 20.00 belum masuk kamar dikarenakan waiting list. Jika memang kamar penuh, kenapa siang dikabarkan dapat kamar dan diminta antigen. Memang sih Ibu mertua hanya dengan asuransi BPJS. Jadi berpikir yang aneh aneh kan.. jam 21.13 blm juga ada kabar baik?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loket pendaftaran jam 7 blm bukan harus nya disesuaikan dengan jadwal dokter praktek di polinya, pengambilan hasil lab jam 8 tdk ada yg jaga, dan ini jam 8.20 baru ada yg jaga. Tolong management diperhatikan hal yg mungkin kecil tp sangat menyebalkan. Hasil labnya saya harus antri lg untuk dibacakan hasilnya.
