★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian farmasinya parah banget..ko lama banget,, pasien udah pada menunggu sanggattt lama, tapi nunggu dipanggil ambil obat aja sampai berjam2 bahkan ada yh dijanjikan besok hari... Hallow.. Kita berobat karena sakit, mau minum obat aja lama bget obatnya... Paraahhhh bgett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditipu penjaga loket nomor 4, ibu penjaganya bilang tes antigen buka jam 1 atau setengah 2 klo datang setengah 3 jgn salahkan dia klo tesnya sudah selesai. Setelah saya datang setengah 2 siang menunggu sampai jam 3 ternyata blm juga dimulai tes antigennya. Saya sdh blg ini tes untuk cek anak saya yg msh bayi kasian klo lama menunggu dirumah sakit tengah hari dan bnyk lalu lalang orang sakit.

After I arrived at half past 2 in the afternoon, I waited until 3 o'clock, it turned out that the antigen test had not yet started. I have given this a test to check my child, who is still a baby. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah lama ga ke HGA. Jadi pas saya kena covid waktu juni lalu, sempet konsul online by aplikasi ojol cuma obat yg dikirm ga lengkap dan ga cocok gitu. Eh terus dapat info kalau HGA ada fasilitas konsultasi online by vidcall. Kebetulan sama dr. Nazly. Alhamdulillah obatnya cocok, dalam 2 hari udah bisa makan dan berangsur pulih. Trims ya dok.
Karena dr. Nazly spesialis penyakit dalam, minggu lalu ngajak ibu berobat. Enaknya sekarang ada pendaftaran by whatsapp jadi udah ada nomor antrian. Jadi ga kelamaan nunggu di RS. Maklum kalau udah sepuh kan kasian klo kelamaan nunggu. Alhamdulillah bisa ketemu langsung. Dokternya ramah, penjelasannya juga detail loh. Pelayanan staf dan perawat HGA juga baik. Bisa pakai BPJS juga loh.

Thank God the medicine was suitable, within 2 days I was able to eat and gradually recovered. Thanks doc.
Because dr. Nazly, a specialist in internal medicine, last week asked my mother for treatment. The good thing is that now there is registration by whatsapp so there is already a queue number. So you don't have to wait long at the hospital. You know, if you're old, it's a shame if you've waited a long time. Thank God I was able to meet you. The doctor is friendly, the explanation is also detailed. The service of HGA staff and nurses is also good. You can use BPJS too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kesini dan mendaftar sebagai pasien baru untuk periksa kandungan. Informasi dari petugas bagian pintu masuk sangat membantu. Begitu juga pada bagian loket pendaftaran. Jika menggunakan KTP langsung diproses. Kalau pakai BPJS nunggu 2 jam lagi. Setelah daftar langsung menuju ruang obgyn di Lt.4 dan ternyata dokternya terlambat karena ada tindakan. Setelah periksa langsung tindakan pemeriksaan detak jantung bayi di kamar bersalin lt.3 dg diantar suster. So far pelayanan baik, harga terjangkau tidak sampai 500rb tanpa BPJS tanpa vitamin karena vitamin saya masih bnyak dari dokter sebelumnya di RS lain. Sebisa mungkin kita lebih banyak nanya ke petugas mengenai prosedur dan biaya persalinan.

So far the service is good, affordable prices are not up to 500 thousand without BPJS without vitamins because I still have lots of vitamins from previous doctors at other hospitals. As much as possible, we ask the officers more about the procedures and costs of childbirth.
