★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seharusnya kalo ada calon pasien tanya itu dilayani dengan baik. Kami tanya karena tidak tahu, seharusnya dijawab dengan baik bukannya malah dibentak - bentak gak jelas.
 If a prospective patient asks a question, it should be served well. We asked because we didn't know, it should have been answered well instead of being shouted at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sarankan dimasa pandemi saat ini untuk tidak menjadi kan rumah sakit sebagai layanan kesehatan, lebih baik menjalani rawat jalan atau pengobatan mandiri, apalagi di " RS.dedy jaya" untuk swab rapid test saja 200rb ,saya rasa itu terbilang mahal...apalagi setelah hasil rapid dinyatakan positif, pihak layanan beralasan ruang untuk pasien covid-19 penuh dan ruang ICU pun tidak ada, alhasil kita harus mencari RS rujukan untuk pasien covid-19.
Ini pengalaman saya saat mengantar orang tua untuk kontrol cek gula darah, dan mendengar cerita dari pasien RS.Dedy jaya...
I suggest during the current pandemic not to turn into a hospital as a health service, it's better to undergo outpatient or independent treatment, especially at "RS. the rapid results were declared positive, the service said the room for covid-19 patients was full and the ICU room was not available, as a result we had to look for a referral hospital for covid-19 patients.
This is my experience when taking my parents to check their blood sugar, and hearing stories from RS. Dedy Jaya patients...
