★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit yg sama sekali gk recomend, protokol kesehatannya gk ada, masuk bisa rame2, trus katanya rsia.. Knp sprti rumah sakit umum? Pasien bkn hnya ibu dan anak2, tp laki2 dewasa pun ada. Trus yg sy sangat kecewa sy datang pukul 7 mlm bersma istri sy untuk berobat anak sy usia 6 bln, hbs daftar di suruh tunggu nnti dipanggil, setelah ditunggu smpai hmpir jm 9 mlm dan pasien tinggal kita yg terakhir.. Kok blm dipanggil2. Setlh sy tnya katanya td dipanggil gk nyaut, dan sy bilang pdhal sy nunggu didlm gk kemana2 dan sllu dengar suster panggil nama pasien, trnyata map anak sy di taruhnya sprti rak kecil di smping meja suster dan kelewat oleh mereka. Jd mrka alasan dipanggil gk nyaut.. Biar mrka gk disalahkan. Pdhal jls salah mrka. Akhirnya mrka cuma bs minta maaf, Akhirnya sy pulang dgn kecewa krna dokter sdh pulang. Sia2 sy kesana.. Anak sy sdh nangis2 kesakitan. Trnyata nihil gk ada hasil. Benar2 payah ini rumah sakit.
 A hospital that is not recommended at all, there is no health protocol, it can be crowded, then it says it's rsia.. Why is it like a general hospital? Patients are not only mothers and children, but there are also adult men. Then what I am very disappointed is that I came at 7 pm with my wife to treat my child aged 6 months, I was told to wait for the list to be called, after waiting until it was almost 9 pm and we were the last patient left... How come we haven't been called yet. After I asked, he said he had not been called, it didn't connect, and I said that even though I was waiting inside, I wasn't going anywhere and I always heard the nurse calling the patient's name, it turned out that my child's folder was placed like a small shelf beside the nurse's table and they passed by. So they don't get the reason they were called.. Let them not be blamed. Even though they are wrong. Finally they can only apologize, Finally I went home disappointed because the doctor had returned. In vain I went there.. My child was crying in pain. In fact, there is no result. Seriously, this is a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter spesialis jantung Novita Liman ramah, penjelasan detail dan mudah dimengerti, untuk proses pendaftaran cepat dan pelayanan ramah, cuma sayangnya tempat konsultasi di lantai atas dan harus naik tangga karena tidak ada lift, overall puas deh
Cardiologist Novita Liman is friendly, detailed explanations and easy to understand, for a fast registration process and friendly service, only unfortunately the consultation place is on the top floor and you have to take stairs because there is no elevator, overall satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman waktu sc , pelayanan tidak puas sama sekali .. Lebih parah lagi si OG lagi ngepel ada ortuku gak permisi lg dong ? serasa ga ada org maen pel2 aja ??? BAYANGKAN OG aja sikap nya seperti itu bagaimana dgn yg jabatannya lebih tinggi ?!!!
The experience during SC, the service was not satisfied at all.. Worse still, the OG is mopping, my parents don't excuse me anymore ? It feels like no one is playing mop games ??? IMAGINE OG's attitude is like that, what about those with higher positions?! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bawa keponakan mau jenguk bibi nya baru abis lahiran, malah gak boleh masuk anak kecil sama security nya. Barang sebentar aja gak boleh, suruh nunggu diluar. Padahan baru 20 menit duduk nunggu diluar sering liat anak kecil keluar masuk. Tp mereka alasan kalo itu pasien. Kalo terjadi apa2 sama keponakan saya. Mereka belum tebtu mau tanggung jawab. Keponakan saya umur 8 tahun. Cukup sekali aja ke rs ini, semoga nanti kalo ada keluarga yg lahiran, gak dirujuk lg ke rs ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau pelayanan dr. Nya bagus, kalau perawat kurang teliti infus saya sampai naik dara ke atas dan sering ga jalan. Kurang komitmen dengan perjanjian, yg jaga boleh cuma satu dan boleh ada yg besuk, tapi ga komitmen dengan perjanjian itu, saya mau bed rest justru ga bisa tidur disini karena, ada yg jaga pasien ampe sekampung berisik lagi. Da saya minta ngomongnya pelan2 saya mau istirahat. Tapi tetap ada mereka berisik Dan bawah anak kecil lagi kedalam. ga ada tindakan dari Tim keamanan atau staff rumah sakit, yg besuk juga bejibun. Katanya ga boleh ada jam besuk karena pandemi, tapi yg datang juga bejibun
