★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan standart aja. Mau periksa ke dr spesialis prosesnya agak ribet. Ambil No antrian untuk daftar tengah malam. Paginya baru daftar lagi buat dpt no urut Dr Spesialis. Padahal prakteknya sore jam 4an. Udah lama nunggu kadang dokternya gak dateng & diumumkan cuma pakai pengeras suara.
Ibu2 Security di depan Lobby masuk juga gak ada ramah2nya. Tampangnya jutek banget.
Klo ada RS lain yg dekat2 rumah pasti saya sudah sarankan istri saya hntuk pindah RS aja.
 Just standard service. Wanting to check with a specialist, the process is a bit complicated. Take No queue for midnight register. The next morning, I just registered again to get the serial number of Dr. Specialist. Even though the practice is at 4 in the afternoon. It's been a long time waiting, sometimes the doctor doesn't come & is announced only using loudspeakers.
The security ladies in front of the lobby are also not friendly. He looks very ugly.
If there was another hospital near my house, I would have advised my wife to just move to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital was good. Just respect Covid protocols...and one more thing that makes everyone annoyed about picking up the medicines was taking so long like 2hours plus. It needs to add 1 more window and I think the BPJS patients should be separated from the regular and add 3 or 4 more staff for preparing the medicines. The more service fasts the more patients are happy...more help more blessings. I read a lot of complaints already about collecting their medicines but I don't see any actions made by the management. These can help you improve your service. I hope you will take action about this matter. We are here to help the things that you're missing and ignoring. I don't say that all is bad, I think some areas in the hospital were doing good service also and as I can see that the hospital is adding more areas and rooms then you have to listen to our side also as a patient of what we are complaining because we helped you improved and made you bigger. We are the reason you built this hospital.
