★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sesuai janji deadline, di undur lebih dari 2 minggu. Kecewa banget ga lagi lagi deh, niatnya mau langganan tapi begini jadinya.
Not according to the promised deadline, delayed more than 2 weeks. Really disappointed no longer, the intention was to subscribe but this is how it happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terus terang bukan pengalaman terbaik custom disini. Pertama yang paling membuat saya dan tim rugi adalah deadline yang diundur-undur sampai 2 bulan dengan berbagai macam kendala. Profesionalismenya jelas harus sangat ditingkatkan.
Kedua, hasil sablonan dan jahitan yang kurang rapi. Mulai dari pembuatan sample sampai produk akhir, waktu yang dibutuhkan cukup lama untuk kami menerima follow up terkait hasil revisian. Alhasil, rekan saya yang selalu menanyakan tentang perkembangannya berkali-kali.
Positifnya adalah hasil revisian dan barang yang kami terima lebih baik dari hasil yang pertama meskipun belum sesuai standar dari perusahaan.
Semoga kedepannya dapat lebih ditingkatkan lagi dari segala aspek terutama profesionalisme dengan deadlinenya. Thank you.
Frankly not the best custom experience here. The first thing that made me and the loss team the most was the deadline that was postponed for up to 2 months with various kinds of obstacles. Its professionalism clearly needs to be greatly improved.
Second, the screen printing and stitching are not neat. From sample manufacturing to the final product, it took us quite a long time to receive a follow-up regarding the revised results. As a result, my colleagues are always asking about the progress many times.
The positive thing is that the results of the revisions and the goods we received are better than the first results even though they are not up to the standards of the company.
Hopefully in the future it can be further improved from all aspects, especially professionalism with deadlines. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gue sama temen2 bikin jaket di sini, mana waktunya ngaret, udah lewat jauh banget dari perjanjian, pass selesai jaket juga gak sesuai dengan ukuran, amburadul lahh. Gak jelas.
My friends and I make jackets here, where is the time to drag, it's far beyond the agreement, when the jacket is finished it doesn't match the size, it's a mess. Not clear.
