★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location very near with Alun-Alun Kidul, reach by walking distance from here just 170m. I love this room, really homy. It was nice to come here, even bathroom separate from bedroom. And, they serve us as well. I think, this place need improvement at breakfast. I like the taste, but really small portion for me and my wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, clean and located near the old town. But constantly waken up by other guests who left the light open (window above our bedroom door), tap running, banging doors... Would have been a great stay if other guests were more respectful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defenetly come back again when I visit jogya, with 100rb rupiah I can get a bedroom with an AC eventhough it's not so big but quite comfortable for 2 peoples, also they provide motorcycles and car renting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed for one night in this homestay, it was good experience to stay in here. I'm checked in at 11.00 pm and it was easy to check in. The room is clean and air conditioner in good condition. Room decoration and living room areas is very awesome. I enjoyed this because it just feels like we're at our family home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year got a room for two only for 68k. Didn't expect anything much but wow I was impressed by how comfy and clean the space was. Perfect for 2 person. Also included not very light breakfast (rice included) for 3 consecutive days I stayed in. Hot water bath for the shared bathrooms. Common space in the back and has porch + garden for you smokers. Shared kitchen which can be used 24hrs. Just checked back and now their rate +20k from last year. Still worth the price me say. Located very strategically in the city center. Will definitely stay again next time!
