★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up in Singkawang City, West Borneo. The city with great and tasty oriental food. Personally, the noodle is still far from tasty and it can't give me the passion to eat more. Nothing to compare with yamian (Jam Mian in my hakka language) from my hometown. My apology, this is my honest opinion. So subjective. ? Speaking of taste, it is indeed subjective. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another legendary restaurant in Salatiga. no doubt yamien aluk hold the best yamien in the town. the taste as we eat the food wants us to keep on eating over and over again. As a tourist you must try this one for your lunch because this restaurant close so fast because it's often to out of stock if you're late.
