Tongseng ayam, kuahnya disini lebih kental, rasanya sedikit manis, tapi masih pas, tidak berlebihan

Rasanya lumayan enak....cuma mgkn Krn kebetulan mjd pembeli pertama di awal tgl 01012022 ini, shg persiapannya blm sempurna yg menyebabkan hidangan tongseng ayamnya cukup banyak kulit dan jeroan dibanding dagingnya.?
The taste is pretty good....just maybe because I happened to be the first buyer at the beginning of this 01012022, so the preparation was not perfect which caused the chicken tongseng dish to have quite a lot of skin and offal compared to the meat.?

Sebenernya ke sini itu ekspektasinya tutup, soalnya di maps (per 6 maret 2022) itu bilangnya kalau minggu tutup. Jadi ya iseng aja, kalau memang tutup ya udah, pikir mimin. Ehhh ternyata buka. Mencicipi kelezatan tongseng buatan tahun 1965 ini udah kayak wajib dicoba kalau kamu lagi dalam perjalanan ke Bayat. Coba kalau jaman kuliah tahu ini, bisa-bisa abis dari Bayat pasti mampir sini. Hahaha. Ada dua jenis tongseng di sini. Yakni tongseng kuah en tongseng goreng. Dua-duanya pakai ayam kampung. Yang godog lebih mild. Nggak terlalu ndakik-ndakik. Bumbunya nggak intense. Yang goreng jauh lebih intense. Kecapnya nyamleng banget buat yang goreng. Gurih en manis plus peppery at the same time. Dimakan pake nasi itu, whihh ngelawuhi banget sih..
Actually, coming here is expected to be closed, because on maps (as of March 6, 2022) it says it's closed on Sundays. So it's just for fun, if it's closed, that's fine, Mimin thought. Ehhh it's open. Tasting the delicacy of tongseng made in 1965 is a must try if you are on your way to Bayat. Try if you know about this in college, maybe after Bayat you'll definitely stop by here. Ha ha ha. There are two types of tongseng here. Namely tongseng gravy en tongseng fried. Both use free-range chicken. The godog one is milder. Not too jumpy. The seasoning is not intense. The fried ones are much more intense. The soy sauce is really good for frying. Savory and sweet plus peppery at the same time. Eaten with that rice, whihh really funny..

Recommended menu: tongseng ayam kuah & tongseng ayam goreng which is like ayam kecap.But if you don't like it...you can order other menus like fried rice,bakmi kuah,capcay,fried chicken.
