★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a regular customer here, and they serve some delicious goat dishes. They’re not the cleanest or best serviced, but the people are kind and accommodating. Food wise, sometimes it’s a hit or a miss. They’re famous for their goat satays, but off days you’ll get really tough meat. Also the serving size per stick isn’t too big; quite petite or I should say more true to an Indo size. Their soup is also delicious btw!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Goat Soup Lovers, your experience is incomplete if you haven't tried the H. Sadjim's Goat Soup. Coupled with Tahu Pong with its spicy soy sauce, it adds to the great taste of your meals at H. Sadjim.
Some buskers who are quite frequent, are a minus of this place for those who like tranquility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lamb soup is great and has a thick clear broth. The chicken satay is great as well, tender and not overcooked. Although i have to say that is both are a bit too spicy for my liking, i still enjoy the food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great sate. I mean so far in jkt. Park at indomart walk around corner. Sure a bit old traditional cleaning so bathroom stop before and elsewhere after. Worth it. Lamb tender, ayam top, tea great. Best value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Goat Tongseng /Tongseng Kambing, the problem is that the taste is not "harmonious" between the meat and the stock/kuah. Tastes like a regular goat satay being tossed into the tongseng stock. My advice is just to order the satay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you're in Benhil-Pejompongan area and craving for satay, better go to this sate joint than the more famous one near by. The mutton satay here is more juicy and tasty, so is the chicken, and with more reasonable price. The air flow is also much better, the smoke stays outside.
