★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sering mengambil order disini, dan saya PAHAM aturannya. Setelah lebih dari 30 menit menunggu, akhirnya bon orderan saya dikerjakan juga. Agak lega hati saya, karena akan selesai juga penantian panjang di resto ini.
Tapi ternyata karyawan yang mengerjakan orderan saya, malah melayani orderan lain, dan bon orderan saya ditaruh lagi di antrian.
Saya memprotes perihal ini, tapi karyawan nya malah ngotot dengan suara keras bahwa ada orderan langsung.
Tetapi bukannya orderan saya tadi sudah dilerjakannya? Kenapa ditaruh di antrian lagi, protes saya.
Pemilik mendengar hal ini, memarahi saya, membentak, mengusir saya dan menyuruh saya untuk tidak mengambil order di restonya.
Meski saya juga sering sekalian beli untuk keluarga saya, dengan mengalami kejadian yang teramat tidak nyaman, saya GA akan beli dan menginjakkan kaki saya di resto ini.
Resto ini juga tidak memberikan kursi untuk driver menunggu dengan nyaman, padahal banyak kursi numpuk di dalam.
Terlalu angkuh dan nyolot baik laki maupun bininya.
I often take orders here, and I UNDERSTAND the rules. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, finally my order receipt was done. I'm a little relieved, because the long wait will be over at this restaurant.

I protested about this, but the employee insisted in a loud voice that there was a direct order.
But hasn't my order been done already? Why put in the queue again, I protested.
The owner heard this, scolded me, shouted, kicked me out and told me not to take orders at his restaurant.
Although I also often buy for my family, by experiencing a very uncomfortable incident, I will NOT buy and set my foot in this restaurant.
This restaurant also does not provide seats for drivers to wait comfortably, even though there are many seats piled up inside.
Too arrogant and stubborn both the man and his wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik resto ini sama sekali tidak menghargai jerih payah pekerjanya.
Dengan ringannya dia mengata ngatai pegawainya itu di depan semua orang yang ada di restonya. Karena saat itu sedang jam seputaran makan siang. Karena kurang paham, tega teganya dia menjelek jelekan pekerjanya itu dengan kata kata yang kurang pantas. Padahal seorang pekerja, apalagi dia kerjanya di dapur, tentu sudah menyerahkan semua waktu, tenaga dan hatinya. Tapi tidak ada apresiasi sedikitpun dari pemilik resto. Semoga hidayah segera menghampiri. Karena klo kelamaan dibiarkan dalam kesombongannya, kasian nanti saat di akhirat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penipu! Beli lewat GO-JEK rendang nya dikasih hati, bukan daging. Ayamnya campur kuah ke Nasi padahal sdh ada catatan. Brengsek banget malah ngajak berantem.
Cheater! When you buy rendang via GO-JEK, give the heart, not meat. The chicken is mixed with the gravy into the rice even though there are notes. It's so stupid to even invite a fight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sering banget beli kesini, beli langsung ataupun via ojol.. makanannya sangat enak, harga murah (beli langsung nasi rendang cuma 15rb) menurut saya paling enak dijatiasih. Saya ga ngerti orang2 yg kasih bad rating, padahal menurut saya ownernya jg baik dan ramah..
I buy here very often, buy directly or via ojol.. the food is very good, the price is cheap (buying rice rendang directly is only 15 thousand) in my opinion the best is Jatiasih. I don't understand people who give bad ratings, even though I think the owner is also kind and friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kasih bintang 3, di satu sisi masakannya enak tapi di satu sisi kalau pesan online sering terjadi kesalahan. Dan kasihan para driver menunggu terlalu lama terkadang menu yang ada di online tidak ada di warung makan.
I give 3 stars, on the one hand the food is delicious, but on the other hand, when ordering online, errors often occur. And sorry for the drivers waiting too long sometimes the menus on the internet don't exist in the food stalls.
