★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terkadang pembelii lbh galak dr penjual ... gak tau klo lg rame & ngantri pgennya duluan di layani sedangkan antrian bon msih numpuk...giliran pas dpt giliran orgnya dah kabur.. ada lg yg gak doyan dada /gak doyan paha hahaha yg akhirnya marah2 krn orderannya keabisan sampe posting2 segala hahaha ...pst tukang gorengnya jg sdh berurutan ngerjain sesuai orderan yg lbh dl .. jika pembeli menolak ya terpaksa donk menu yg sdh jd kt lempar lg ke etalase ...kasian yg laen lg ngantri kelamaan ...memang pembeli itu raja tp bukan bert yg dgg itu gembel bukk ... penjual hanya melayani pembelii yg tidak rewell , yg rewel2 ribet ruwettt hempasskan sj pisss .... anda cocok silahkan belii jika gk cocokk ya gk di paksaa koq brt bukan rejekii yg dgg... Rejekii gk tekuker cinnt
Sometimes the buyers are more fierce than the seller ... I don't know if it's crowded and queuing for the pgen to be served first while the queue for receipts is still piling up ... the turn when it is the turn the person runs away ... there are others who don't like breasts / don't like thighs hahaha which ends angry because the order runs out until posting everything hahaha ... pst the fryer is working in sequence according to the order that is more ... if the buyer refuses, then he is forced to throw the menu that has already been sent to the storefront ... sorry for the others queuing too long ... indeed the buyer is a king, but not the one who is annoying ... the seller only serves buyers who don't rewell, those who are fussy are complicated, piss ... you are suitable, please buy it if it doesn't match, it's not forced to why it's not Fortune who dgg ... Fortune doesn't bend cinnt

Pengalaman saya hari ini Minggu 23 Februari 2020. Pasca banjir, sudah bisa dibayangkan betapa ramainya pembeli. Kemudian saya pesan ayam bakar taliwang dada 1 & paha 1 untuk take away. Setelah salah satu pesanan jadi (dada bakar) baru diinfokan kalau pahanya habis. Lalu saya spontan bilang "yah tadi pas saya order pahanya masih ada lho" sambil memikirkan menu lain pengganti paha bakar karena kebetulan saya tidak menyukai dada ayam. Lalu KANG SYAM selaku OWNER (owner juga ikut melayani pelanggan) menawari saya dada ayam. Saya bilang "sebentar, saya gak doyan dada soalnya" (maksudnya lagi mikir menu apa ya gantinya). Tiba-tiba KANG SYAM berkata "PEMBELI PADA BELAGU BANGET GAK MAU DADA" sambil terus saja menggerutu kepada karyawannya yang lain sebagian menggunakan bahasa sunda bahwa "kalo mau syukur gak mau yaudah" sembari berkali-kali juga berkata lempar aja (maksudnya balikin ke etalase) kalo gak jadi. TANPA SENYUM, JAUH DARI KATA RAMAH.
Saya hanya mampu menahan emosi & berjanji pada diri sendiri akan berbagi pengalaman ini ke khalayak.
Food is really good, the price is cheap. But the service is very BAD.
My experience today is Sunday, February 23, 2020. After the flood, you can imagine how crowded the buyers are. Then I ordered the Taliwang Bakar 1 chicken breast & thigh 1 for take away. After one of the orders is finished (grilled breast), it will be informed if the thighs are finished. Then I spontaneously said, "Well, when I ordered the thighs, you still have them," while thinking of another menu to replace the thighs because I happened to dislike chicken breast. Then KANG SYAM as OWNER (the owner also serves the customer) offered me chicken breast. I said "wait a minute, I don't like the chest problem" (meaning what else I think about the menu instead). Suddenly KANG SYAM said "BUYER IN VERY MUCH DO NOT WANT A CHEST" while continuing to grumble to the other employees in part using Sundanese language that "if you want to be thankful you don't want to be ready" while repeatedly saying just throwing it (meaning returning to the window) if not so. WITHOUT SMILE, AWAY FROM FRIENDLY WORDS.
I was only able to hold back my emotions & promised myself I would share this experience with the audience.
