Disini saya membandingkan dengan restoran yang masih sekitaran Ciseeng yaitu Centra Minapolitan.
1. Daftar Menu
Pada dapoer Incess ada beberapa daftar menu yang harganya tidak pasti, misalnya pecak ikan mas. Disitu tertera 10K/ons. Kita sebagai pelanggan mana tahu berapa berat ikan yang ditimbang, bisa 3 ons atau 4 ons, yang mana pelanggan tidak tau pasti jumlah beratnya karena yang tahu hanya orang dapur. Jika 4 ons maka harganya 40rb. Sedangkan di Centra Minapolitan sudah tertera harga jelas nya, untuk pecak ikan mas hanya 18rb per porsi.
2. Rasa
Pada dapoer Incess saya ambil contoh masakan pecak ikan mas, kuah pecak nya yang hanya terasa jeruk limo nya aja, kurang kuat rasanya, ikannya pun kurang lezat. Sedangkan Centra Minapolitan kuah pecak nya sangat terasa sekali aromanya, ikannya pun setelah di goreng lalu dibakar, harum sekali baunya.
3. Minuman teh
Biasanya ditempat2 umum yang bernuansa saung, air teh itu diberikan gratis tanpa harus dipesan dulu. Ini di dapoer Incess air teh harus dipesan dulu dan dihargai
Tidak worth it makan di Dapoer Incess, dari segi harga, dan rasa.

If 4 ounces, the price is 40 thousand. Meanwhile, in Centra Minapolitan the price is clear, for goldfish pecak only 18 thousand per portion.
2. Taste
In the Incess dapoer I took the example of the goldfish pecak dish, the pecak sauce which only tastes limo, is not strong enough, the fish is less delicious. Meanwhile, Centra Minapolitan the pecak sauce is very delicious, the fish smells good after frying and grilling it.
3. Drink tea
