Kosan gw first. A year here at home. Ownernya well. Offers full facilities. Just love the lower room poor cellphone signal and tv signal. If mo ngekos here just take the upper room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah kost yang bertuknya gedung 3 lantai, ada kostan dan kontrakan, ada yang berac dan tidak berac, parkiran ada cctvnya, luas ruangan juga beda tergantung butuhnya, ada banyak penghuni yang sudah berkeluarga maupun belum. Gerbang menggunakan sistem kunci tap yang hanya penghuni saja yang memiliki kunci tersebut?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos yg bagus dan murah sekali, ada AC dan TV. Kamar mandi ada di tiap2 kamar alias kamar mandi dalam. ada kasur dan lemari plastik pula. harganya cuma 800rb an per bulan
Nice and cheap boarding house, there is AC and TV. The bathroom is in each room, aka the bathroom inside. there are mattresses and plastic cabinets too. the price is only 800 thousand per month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya enak, gk terlalu brisik dan suara diluar itu gk terlalu kdengeran bgt ke dalem kamar, ini untuk LT 2 yaa.. airnya bersih cuma ada aroma gk sedep gk tau darimana, ac dingin, airnya lancar klo LT 2 .. token 1.300 jd kalo beli lngsung banyak aja jangan sdikit nnti cepet abis. penghuni lainnya gk terlalu ikut campur dan gk terlalu buat kbisingan jd gue suka. Ibu kosnya ramah, penjaganya yaaa lumayan baikdah klo ditanya masih ngjawab kok beda sama venty 2 judes bgt mbaknya gk tau knapa wkwk.
The place is nice, not too noisy and the sound outside is not too loud to the inside of the room, this is for LT 2, yeah ... the water is clean, there is only a pleasant aroma, I don't know from where, the air conditioner is cold, the water is smooth, if the LT 2 ... 1,300 tokens if just buy a lot directly, don't slow down. the other occupants don't interfere too much and don't make too much noise so I like it. The landlady was friendly, the guardian was quite good, if asked, I was still answering, how come it's different with venty 2 bitchy, how come my mom doesn't know why?
