★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya penghuni kos lama ditempat ini sebelum penjaga kos yg baru kerja disini saya sudah ngekos disini dan saya akan speak up tempat kos ini. Oke saya akan rivew tempat kos ini dengan sejujur-jujurnya tanpa embel" apapun. Pertama saya kehilangan helm padahl di tempat kos terdapat CCTV saya minta untuk cek CCTV penjaga kos tidak mau dan terkesan menghindar dan sampai detik ini helm saya belum ketemu!, kedua penjaga kos pacaran mulu, ketiga ART pemalas saya minta untuk seterika baju malah gak boleh padahal sudah tertera bahwa kewajiban ART untuk seterika baju penghuni kos, ke empat penjaga kos dan ART suka kepoin, gibahin dan ngatain penghuni kos! Kelima penjaga kos dan ART semena-mena sama penghuni kos! Pemilik kosnya tidak mau tau keadaan kos dan keadaan penghuni kos nya! Yang bikin saya kecewa dan muak berat yakni ART dan penjaga kos suka kepoin, gibahin dan ngatain penghuni kos tanpa bukti yg kuat oh iya penjaga dan ART tidak ramah sama penghuni kos(fitnah)! Saya tidak merecomend kan tempat kos ini banyak tempat kos dengan harga setara tapi jauh lebih baik dan nyaman di Jakarta barat! Saya sangat kecewa dengan kos ini. PENGHUNI LAMA!

Okay, I will rivew this cost place honestly without any fuss. First I lost my helmet because there was a CCTV at the cost place. I asked for a CCTV check. the cost of dating mulu, the three lazy ARTs I asked to iron clothes are not even allowed even though it is written that ART's obligation to iron the clothes of cost residents, the four cost guards and ART like kepoin, gibahin and ngatain cost occupants! The five cost guards and ART arbitrarily The same cost occupant! The cost owner does not want to know the cost situation and the cost occupant situation! What makes me disappointed and disgusted is that ART and the cost caretaker like kepoin, gibahin and ngatain cost occupants without strong evidence kos (slander)! I don't recommend this kos place, there are many kos places with equivalent prices, but it's much better and more comfortable in west Jakarta! I'm very disappointed with this kos. GHUNI LAMA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama kost disini sangat memuaskan dari segi pelayanan TOP dah, kost sangat bersih, owner dan juga petugas kost sangat responsif dan membantu sekali. selain itu akses juga sangat mudah untuk kemana mana. untuk harga sesuai kantong pelayanan Bintang lima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos paling menyebalkan, pertama masuk katanya ada parkir buat mobil, setelah 2 minggu ngekos eh mobil disuruh parkir diluar kosan. Masuk 3 minggu malah parkir disuruh ditaman dan kita bayar lagi.
Pengelola plin plan dan uang deposit pun ngga dibalikin.
The boarding house was the most annoying, at first he said there was parking for the car, after 2 weeks of boarding, the car was told to park outside the boarding house. Entered 3 weeks instead of being told to park and we paid again.
The manager is wishy-washy and the deposit money is not reversed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah hampir setahun ngekos disini. Tempatnya bersih, fasilitas kamar lengkap, penjaga kosnya ramah dan responsive kalau kita butuh bantuan, baik banget pokoknya. Dekat dengan fasilitas umum (mall, rumah sakit, tempat makan, halte busway, stasiun krl).
It's been almost a year staying here. The place is clean, the room facilities are complete, the boarding house keeper is friendly and responsive if we need help, it's really good. Close to public facilities (malls, hospitals, places to eat, busway stops, krl stations).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngekos di sini pas di tengah-tengah masa pandemi, sekitar setengah tahunan kos di sana, harus pindah karena pindah kerja aja. Kamarnya memang agak sempit yg di gedung belakang, tapi masih tetap nyaman. Lingkungan kosan juga selalu bersih, kulkas dibersihkan setiap beberapa waktu, ada kulkas dan dispenser di setiap lantai. Mba dan mas penjaganya juga baik bangeeet! Ngga kepo aneh-aneh dan ramah. Recommended ngekos di sini!

As a monthly tenant, I get several perks. Single bed, wardrobe, table, chair, AC, private bathroom, water heater. and I also have a refrigerator and a water dispenser to share with other tenants. very safe parking for motorbikes. electricity with a token system. For those of you who want to wash clothes here, there is a washing machine on the top floor. The surrounding area is not too crowded, there are many place to eat options, close to shopping places such as Central Park, Neo Soho, Citraland. close to several universities such as UNTAR and Trisakti. Access to the toll road is also not too far away. The owner of the place is good, the caretaker of the place is also friendly and very helpful, listening to every complaint from tenants. A very worth it place to stay. Last but not least the Wifi is very, very fast.
