★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumahnya bagus, developer nya terpercaya. Cumaa ada 5 unit doang jadi pasti lingkungannya enak, ga rusuh. Sisa 4 lagi daerahnya enak, deket pusat ibu kota. Deket stasiun MRT. Daripada beli jauh2 sampe bogor/tanggerang.masih ada rumah murah di jakarta yang ga terlalu mahal dan nguras kantong.
Nice house, trusted developer. There are only 5 units so the environment is definitely good, not chaotic. The remaining 4 areas are delicious, near the center of the capital. Near the MRT station. Instead of buying far away until Bogor / Tangerang, there are still cheap houses in Jakarta that are not too expensive and drain your pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya enak, cuma ada 5 rumah, yg 1 sudah di tempati, 2 progress pembangunan.
Cuma akses kesananya yg susah, gak ada angkutan umum, hrs punya kendaraan pribadi.
The location is good, there are only 5 houses, 1 of which is already occupied, 2 of the development progress.
Only access is difficult, there is no public transportation, you must have a private vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis. Asri lingkungannya karena masih banyak kebun. Saat ini belum ada signage clusternya jadi mungkin suka kelewat karena pagar tersembunyi dibalik tembok kebun. Khasnya ada terakota di dinding clusternya.
Strategic location. The environment is beautiful because there are still many gardens. Currently there is no signage cluster, so it might be a bit late because the fence is hidden behind the garden wall. Typically there is terracotta on the walls of the cluster.
