This place definitely is a five star hotel for person that was going to afterlife. Very clean, very elegant. I heard from my friend that this place rate for their service is quite expensive. You don’t go to this place everyday, don’t you?

Came here to say goodbye for my father's friend. This place so clean, large. They have many packages.

Best funeral place (rumah duka), nice service, good staff, the parking are is huge and spacious but having step way to get in..toilet is so clean, from lobby its feels like a hotel lobby, got BCA and CIMB atm inside, i am muslim n this place is so good they have their own musholla, what a very good people who owns this place..

First time visiting the new building of Grand Heaven. Quite easy to notice. Got complete services of various funeral / cremation packages. Also got special storage center for the departed ashes. For most of us, this is more preferred than the other 2 Heaven centers (Atmajaya and Dharmais). Rest in peace for the departed and peace of mind for the families.

I wonder it's a five star hotel or funeral place LOL luxurious funeral place. It's a new building I think. The lobby is good one too. Lots of parking lot, it's eye catching so you won't hard to find it. Great service too. Really friendly and helpful to us. Near heaven pluit.

Very good service in times where you mourn, the staff is experienced and will provide your family guidance when you are still confused and lost in your mourning. They provide services for rituals for almost all religions. But for saikong (Kong Hu Cu) you will need to provide for yourself. Their packages are complete and they charge you just at the end of the ceremonies. As per family request you may alter and customize the packages. I would like to convey a special thanks to the marketing associate who helped us during the difficult time (Pak Dimas). Thank you. I called Grand Heaven Funeral Home to their registered number (+622166695151) when my father-in-law passed away in a hospital after an accident in March 2022. We were still hoping to undergo a surgery for my late father-in-law, so his passing was quite sudden. Without any preparation I had to call the funeral home. The lady who answered my call asked for my mobile and advised that a marketing associate would call me back soon, which happened indeed after around 10 mins. I was still in the hospital to wait and arrange for my late father-in-law's remains to be ready for pickup. The marketing associate was very helpful, reachable and responsive at times I contacted him during the whole ceremonial times and very understanding with our condition. Special thanks to Pak Dimas who was so understanding in our chaotic situation and sent me the packages details by whatsapp. In that way, I could coordinate with family members easier.. The ambulance and Pak Dimas arrived for pickup before we could get clearance from the hospital but they were willing to wait. We were not asked to pay anything in advance and even could upgrade & customize the package without doing any payment yet. We intended to take a package. By way, all packages still excluded formalin and religious ritual services. Formalin is charged at IDR 1,25Mio. But due to traditional regulations of my father-in-law's belief, we took ala carte services (lepasan) to match the package. If you take a package, it is including a coffin and you will not be given the option to choose other than what they have available at that time. Their their coffins is valued around almost IDR 40Mio. This is one of the reasons we chose to make our own package to honor my late father-in-law's belief, since my mother-in-law insisted to have a wooden brown coffin with religious carvings. So we were shown all their coffins they had available, including in their warehouse in Mangga Dua area and finally we could agree on one of their coffins. If you take their service ala carte (lepasan) there are some services which we took out and altered, so I can only share those prices : - Formalin @ IDR 1,25Mio - Treatment (dan pemandian jenazah) @ IDR 1Mio - Foto Dokumentasi @ IDR 1Mio - Coffin (standard) @ IDR 39,9Mio - Coffin we chose @ IDR 58,8Mio - Buddhist Services with the funeral home's partner @ IDR 3,9Mio - We wanted to take Saikong ritual services but our usual Saikong was out of town for some other services. Usually he would give us his own pricing and he advised us to take the Buddhist Services instead because we were given a price @ IDR 36Mio from another Saikong for 3 days service. Our usual Saikong advised that this is too expensive and said that we may also take the Buddhist Service instead. Later on when our Saikong would be back in town he would help us with the 49 days services in my father-in-law's belief. - transport from funeral home to Ancol port and 'pelarungan' at a place close to Ancol Port @ IDR 3Mio. It was not easy for us to decide whether to take Saikong services or Buddhist services since my father-in-law was Kong Hu Cu. So we confirmed back and forth whether to take or not to take the Buddhist services with the funeral home's partner.

The best funeral home in town. It looks like 5 stars hotel. The building is so luxurious. The parking area is clean. The rooms for each family doing funeral service based on his religion are soo good. There are sofa and comfortable sofa inside the room for family that different from the place for the friends and colleagues that participate the service. Even the floor for the elevator is from marble stone. The food for visitor after the service is also delicious and well-managed.

The biggest and most luxurious funeral home in Jakarta. Located in Pluit area, this building has 8 floors with more than 30 suite funeral rooms and plenty of parking space. They have various funeral packages, including spa treatment for the deceased, which makes them the only funeral home in Indonesia that has this kind of service.
