★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos bersih dan nyaman. Baru saja dibangun di akhir tahun 2019 sehingga bangunan masih fresh. Kamarnya juga cukup luas. Aliran udaranya juga diperhatikan dengan adanya balkon terbuka sehingga tidak gerah. Selain itu, pemilik kos kelihatan sekali berusaha memenuhi fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan penghuni kos supaya yang tinggal di sini nyaman: meja kerja, lemari, rak sepatu, rak piring, sprei dan sarung bantal guling, keset, sikat kamar mandi, kulkas, dll. Mau masak sendiri? Tenang aja, dapur dan gas sudah disediakan. Cari makan gampang, ada warteg, nasi padang, nasi uduk, kalau mau yang mahalan juga bisa jalan kaki ke De Entrance di Arkadia Green Park. Pemilik kos juga selalu siap sedia membantu kalau ada penghuni kos butuh bantuan, misal di saat kehabisan air mineral galon. Recommended!

Looking for food is easy, there are warteg, nasi padang, nasi uduk, if you want the expensive one, you can also walk to De Entrance in Arkadia Green Park. The owner of the boarding house is also always ready to help if there are boarding dwellers need help, for example when running out of gallon mineral water. Recommended!

Saya pribadi indekos disini sejak akhir tahun 2019 sampai dengan sekarang dan alhamdulillah sudah nyaman & sesuai. Kost dekat dengan masjid, warung makan, toserba, dll.
Fasilitas lengkap, sudah disediakan dapur, kulkas, rak sepatu, jemuran, wifi untuk semua penghuni kost.
Pemilik kost sangat ramah, siap membantu kebutuhan penghuni kost.

The place is clean and comfortable, including the new building so it's still nice. The room is spacious with a price comparison elsewhere, air-conditioning & non-AC facilities (optional), air circulation is also very good.
I personally boarding here since the end of 2019 until now and thank God it's comfortable & appropriate. Boarding houses close to mosques, food stalls, convenience stores, etc.
Complete facilities, kitchen, refrigerator, shoe rack, clothesline, wifi are provided for all boarders.
The owner of the boarding house is very friendly, ready to help the needs of boarders.
