★ ★ ★ ★ ★ untuk tempat sih bagus,cuma agak terlalu masuk ke dalam gitu dan no smokingnya itu yg membuat agak risih,padahal berbentuk rumah bukan hotel
 for a good place, just a little too inside and the no smoking makes it rather uncomfortable, even though it is a house not a hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wah gokil murah misalkan dibagi bagi, dan fasilitasnya kompor, mesin cuci setrikaan, smart tv, saluran tv kabel, dan wifi ini super worth it. minusnya jalanan kekomplek lumayan serem kalo malem
Wow, cheap Harleys are shared, and the stoves, washing machines, irons, smart TVs, cable TV channels, and WiFi are super worth it. minus the complex is pretty scary when it's too late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Butuh tempat nginep low budget tapi kids friendly ya di rumah Bungur aja. Tempatnya nyaman, perabotnya modern dan lengkap. Bisa masak sendiri, bisa cuci setrika juga. Berasa kek di rumah sendiri aja sih. Bisa nambah extra bed juga.

Need a place to stay low budget but kids friendly just at Bungur's house. The place is comfortable, the furniture is modern and complete. You can cook yourself, you can wash the iron too. Feel like I'm at home. Can add extra bed too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat menginap yg nyaman, tidak terlalu bising karena berada di dekat sawah. Harga tidak terlalu mahal, 450rb/malam bisa untuk paling tidak 6 orang dewasa, hanya sekitar 75rb/orang saja.. Ada dapur komplit dengan peralatan masaknya..
Comfortable place to stay, not too noisy because it is near the rice fields. The price is not too expensive, 450 thousand / night can be for at least 6 adults, only around 75 thousand / person ... There is a complete kitchen with cooking utensils ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat senang tinggal di sini, lokasi perumahannya sangat aman, asri dan nyaman untuk istirahat saat berlibur di Yogya. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan candi Sambisari, tidak terlalu jauh ke candi Kalasan, candi Prambanan, Adisucipto airport, stasiun KA Maguwo dan beberapa restoran yang enak/recommended di daerah Kalasan yang juga melayani pesan/antar makanan secara online.
Pemiliknya sangat friendly, rumah nya sangat bersih, fasilitas sangat lengkap dengan 2 kamar tidur, ruang tamu, ruang keluarga dan sun-room belakang untuk santai. Kalo harga murah banget untuk fasilitas rumah selengkap ini. Pokoknya betah banget tinggal disini selama 2 minggu karena ada mesin cuci, free wifi, TV living room cukup besar, semua ruangan ber AC, shower air kamar mandi tekanannya sangat baik plus air panas. Bagi yang suka masak ada dapur yang lengkap dan penjual sayur setiap pagi lewat depan rumah. Penjual baso dan roti2 juga lewat depan rumah tiap sore.
Very happy to live here, the location of the housing is very safe, beautiful and comfortable to rest while on vacation in Yogya. The location is very close to Sambisari temple, not too far to Kalasan temple, Prambanan temple, Adisucipto airport, Maguwo train station and several good / recommended restaurants in the Kalasan area which also serve order / delivery food online.
The owner is very friendly, the house is very clean, the facilities are very complete with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a family room and a back sun room for relaxing. If the price is really cheap for this complete house facility. Anyway, I really feel at home staying here for 2 weeks because there is a washing machine, free wifi, the living room TV is quite large, all rooms are air conditioned, the shower water has very good pressure plus hot water. For those who like to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a vegetable seller every morning through the front of the house. Meatball and roti2 sellers also pass in front of the house every afternoon.
