★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, saya mau review jujur tidak bohong untuk klinik Tjakra Ciracas.
Saya ibu dari 2 orang anak, yang pertama lahiran di klinik lain, yang kedua saya lahiran di klinik Tjakra. Yang menolong saya lahiran waktu itu adalah bidan Ririn, tapi saya sungguh2 merasa bidan nya tidak manusiawi sekali, saya akui bidan yang menolong persalinan saya sabar, tapi saat selesai melahirkan, saya tidak di anastesi saat penjahitan vagina, sudah sakit melahirkan ditambah dijahit tanpa anastesi double Bu rasa sakitnya. Astagfirullah sakitnya pakai banget, saya sampai bilang ke bidannya saya lebih baik lahiran 2x lagi dibandingkan di jahit tanpa anastesi. Jujur saya dari situ trauma untuk punya anak lagi. saya kecewa sekali, waktu anak pertama saya di anastesi sehingga tidak sakit sama sekali pas dijahit, sedangkan anak kedua saya sampai keringat dingin karena menahan sakit dijahit. Tolong donk jangan mentang2 saya pakai BPJS tapi hemat obat bius. Saya tidak benci dengan klinik Tjakra makanya saya kasih bintang 5. Hanya saja Bd seperti itu ditindaklanjuti lg. Saya sangat merekomendasikan bidan Irma, karena beliau sangat sabar dan ikhlas kerjanya.

I am a mother of 2 children, the first was born at another clinic, the second I was born at the Tjakra clinic. The one who helped me give birth at that time was the midwife Ririn, but I really felt that the midwife was very inhumane, I admit that the midwife who helped me give birth was patient, but when I finished giving birth, I was not anesthetized during vaginal suturing, it was painful to give birth and was stitched without double anesthesia Ma'am the pain. God damn it hurts so much, I even told the midwife I'd be better off giving birth twice more than being stitched without anesthesia. Honestly, from there I was traumatized to have another child. I was very disappointed, when my first child was anesthetized so that it didn't hurt at all when the stitches were done, while my second child broke out in a cold sweat because of the pain in the stitches. Please don't think I'm using BPJS but save on drugs. I don't hate Tjakra clinic, that's why I give 5 stars. It's just that Bd like that is followed up again. I highly recommend midwife Irma, because she is very patient and sincere in her work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kontrol di tjakra untuk kehamilan, bidan2 nya ramah dan melayani dengan baik, sopan dari pertama datang sampai diperiksa, diberikan penjelasan dengan baik dan jelas.
Apalagi ketika lahiran saya sempat ditolak oleh bidan dekat rumah. Tp ketika saya ke tjakra, saya diterima dengan baik hingga akhirnya saya lahiran disini dibantu oleh bd.Irma dan bd.Indah. Mereka menangani saya dengan sabar dan teliti. Saya merasa terbantu dengan arahan yg diberikan sehingga robekan tidak terlalu banyak.
Over all, saya merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan yg diberikan di klinik tjakra. ?

Especially when my birth was rejected by the midwife near my house. But when I went to Tjakra, I was well received until finally I gave birth here assisted by Bd. Irma and Bd. Indah. They handled me patiently and thoroughly. I feel helped by the directions given so that there are not too many tears.
Over all, I am very satisfied with the services provided at the Tjakra clinic. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik tjakra bersih, bagian kebidanan terutama untuk bidan indah baik ramah. Sya faskesnya di klinik tjakra, tapi saat sy mau melahirkan sy baru dtng sekali dan ingin dirujuk,krn dihandel oleh bidan indah,jd sy direkomendasi dan langsung diberi arahan,padahal sy ga pernah sama sekali periksa di klinik tjakra. Setelah lahiran otomatis anak sy di imunisasi di klinik tjakra. Pelayanan informasi yg diberikan bidan indah sangat jelas, respon by wa juga cepat tanggap. Saat tindik dan imunisasi juga sesuai prosedur. Sukses terus bidan indah. Terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya oke, fasilitasnya juga selalu dibenahi tapi sayang ga sejalan dengan pelayanan staff nya, proses pendaftaran *ga banget* ,ga ada ramah2nya, pasien datang ke klinik pasti lagi sakit ga mungkin cuma main/iseng
The doctor is okay, the facilities are also always being improved but unfortunately it is not in line with the service of the staff, the registration process is *not really*, there is no friendliness, the patient who comes to the clinic must be sick, it's impossible to just play/fad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, attitude juga nol besar, kalo mau berobat dsini harus pakai asuransi agar jadi prioriras, kalau pakai BPJS di semena mena kan dan sampai di selak Walau posisi kalian sakit parah, takkan di gubris oleh suster² yg nol attitudenya. Mereka lebih mementingkan uang, di banding orang yang pakai BPJS, padahal kita bayar juga tiap bulan untuk bpjsnya, sangat menyedihkan attitude para susternya, sampai saya tegur mereka cuma bilang "Sabar" dan tidak di gubris sama sekali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x berobat disini, dengan kurun waktu yang sangat jauh, pertama kali berobat langsung kapok dan gamau balik lagi. bagian informasinya tidak ramah. kirain udah berubah makanya dateng lagi, ehh ternyata sama aja. tolong bgt dong lebih diperhatikan lagi pegawainya. padahal saya berobat tidak pakai bpjs
2x treatment here, with a very long period of time, the first time for treatment, I immediately gave up and didn't want to come back again. the information section is not friendly. I thought it had changed that's why I came again, eh, it's the same. please really pay more attention to the employees. even though I'm not using bpjs for treatment

Saya selalu puas atas informasi dan penjelasan yg diberikan.. Selalu menjawab semua keluhan pasien dengan penjelasan yg mendetail dan jelas.

The clinic is clean and comfortable. The service is good and all the staff are friendly. Especially the midwifery poly, all the midwives, including Mrs. Midwife Indah who is always friendly in serving. I am always satisfied with the information and explanations given. Always answer all patient complaints with detailed and clear explanations.
