★ ★ ★ ★ ★ koneksi internet (WIFI) sangat sering error, entah itu siang, malam, kadang berjam-jam errornya. Sangat mengganggu apalagi momen WFH seperti ini, jadi tidak bisa kerja maksimal.
Sinyal Wi-Fi sulit terjangkau di beberapa kamar juga jadi harus pasang bridge sendiri, terkadang lihat penghuni lain sampai keluar kamar / buka pintu untuk dapat sinyal Wi-Fi memadai. Semoga pemilik membaca dan berbenah untuk masalah Wi-Fi ini.
Kalau malam / pagi suka berisik karena ada penghuninya kos pelihara kucing liar dan berantem sama kucing liar lainnya, sehingga sangat menggangu kenyamanan, bayangin aja suara kucing berantem menggema dimana-mana (di lantai 3). Saya suka kucing tapi tolong sadar Anda tinggal di tempat kos yang memiliki tetangga juga, kalau kucingnya berantem plis lah ya tolong (yang pelihara) tanggung jawab dipisahin kucingnya supaya tidak berisik mengganggu penghuni lainnya.
Kamar cukup luas, bersih, dan lokasi nyaman untuk ditinggali. Karyawannya rajin dan pekerja keras. Mantap.. dapur bersama ada 3, tersedia mesin cuci untuk dipakai bersama.
Internet connection (WIFI) errors are very often, whether it's day, night, sometimes hours of error. It is very disturbing especially when a WFH moment is like this, so it can't work optimally.
Wi-Fi signal is difficult to reach in some rooms too, so you have to install the bridge yourself, sometimes see other residents leave the room / open the door to get an adequate Wi-Fi signal. Hopefully the owner reads and fixes this Wi-Fi problem.
At night / morning it is noisy because there are residents in the boarding house keeping wild cats and fighting with other stray cats, so it really disturbs comfort, just imagine the sound of cats fighting echoes everywhere (on the 3rd floor). I like cats but please realize you live in a boarding house that has neighbors too, if the cat fights please help (the one who maintains) the responsibility of separating the cat so that it is not noisy to disturb other residents.
The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and the location is comfortable to live in. The employees are diligent and hardworking. Great .. there are 3 shared kitchens, a washing machine is available for sharing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak ramah sama sekali, terutama satpam2 nya, they treat the guest like a criminal. Untuk ukuran kos VIP dengan harga 4 jutaan sangat tidak worth it. Not nice at all.
The service is not friendly at all, especially the security guards, they treat the guest like a criminal. For the size of the VIP boarding house at a price of 4 million, it is not worth it. Not nice at all.

Lokasi terletak di jalan asem II komplek pajak.
Ada security yang jaga 24 jam.
Datang kesini untuk berkunjung ke tempat teman.
Fasilitas kost ini lengkap cuma sayangnya aksesnya tidak ada lift. Hanya tangga biasa.
Untuk harga segitu termasuk mahal jika tidak ada fasilitas lift.
Sangat recommen untuk yang mencari kost di area Jaksel .

Come here to visit a friend's place.
This boarding facility is complete, but unfortunately there is no elevator access. Just a normal staircase.
For that price, it is expensive if there are no lift facilities.
Highly recommended for those looking for boarding in the South Jakarta area.
