The boarding house is really weird, Rukita's rules are not very clear, it changes every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman, kamar dan kamar mandi cukup luas. Ada ruang komunal untuk kumpul bersama penghuni lain. Fasilitas cukup oke, wifi lumayan. Namun sayang airnya sering mati dan kotor, sudah 3 bulan tinggal hingga saat ini mesin hanya diperbaiki tapi selalu bermasalah kembali.
The place is comfortable, the room and bathroom are quite spacious. There is a communal space to hang out with other residents. The facilities are quite okay, the wifi is decent. But unfortunately the water is often dead and dirty, it's been 3 months until now the machine has only been repaired but always has problems again.

Air di kos suka kecil sekali, mati, atau kotor. Rutin setiap minggu selalu bermasalah. Pernah 4 hari mati total, dan penghuni malah disuruh cari air mandiri keluar (nebeng masjid/ unit lain). Lucu. Pas nyala, airnya jg kotor sekali. Kalau mau kost di sini, pastikan anda sediakan tas baju yg mudah dibawa kemana2 krn anda akan familiar dgn mandi nebeng di masjid/musola. Saya setiap pagi kalau air mati, selalu ke masjid sekedar standby jaga2 kalau kebelet boker. Tidak pulang sblm boker. Mslh parah spt ini, rukita tidak ada kompensasi sama sekali. Bayar full, air sering mati dan kotor. Sampai sini semoga pembaca paham utk reconsider pilihan kalian.
Internet jelek terutama utk pekerja remote yg sering online pekerjaannya, meeting, atau kalau ada assessment. Sering sekali DC setiap hari, dan lambat.
Sangat-sangat tidak worth kost di sini.
Per review ini ditulis (16 April 2022), ratingnya 3,3. Angka yg cukup generous dr yg memberi rating, krn bagi saya maksimal 2, tidak lbh dr 2. Kalau suatu saat ratingnya naik di atas 4, percayalah, yg ngebom bintang 5 adalah orang2 rukita sendiri. Waspada, wahai para pencari kostan!

The first time I entered, the AC in my room for 4 days was broken and not repaired. After a loud protest, the 5th day a new technician came
The water in the boarding house is very small, dead, or dirty. Routine every week is always problematic. Once 4 days of total death, and residents were even told to find independent water out (nebeng mosques / other units). Funny. When it turns on, the water is also very dirty. If you want to stay here, make sure you provide a clothes bag that is easy to carry everywhere because you will be familiar with bathing in the mosque/musola. I every morning when the water dies, I always go to the mosque just to be on standby just in case I need to break the bank. Don't go home before booking. It's a serious problem like this, Rukita has no compensation at all. Pay in full, the water is often dead and dirty. Until here, I hope the reader understands to reconsider your choice.
Poor internet, especially for remote workers who often work online, in meetings, or if there is an assessment. A lot of DC every day, and slow.
Really, really not worth boarding here.
As of this review written (April 16, 2022), the rating is 3.3. The number is quite generous compared to the one giving the rating, because for me it is a maximum of 2, not more than 2. If one day the rating rises above 4, believe me, the people who bombed 5 stars were Rukita himself. Beware, O seekers of boarding house!
