★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya lama, ditunggu pagi katanya sore, sore ditunggu sampe malem nggak dateng,,padahal bayinya udah selesai semua tinggal nunggu keputusan boleh dibawa pulang,, katanya 3hari jadi 4hari belum dikasih keputusan juga.. Padahal juga umum bukan bpjs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rs.Kustati merupakan rimah sakit swasta gaes yg sudah lengkap dgn peralatan medisnya juga dokter2 nya baik specialis ataupun umum.dgn pelayanan yg ramah dan sabar. shg merupakan rumah sakit tujuan bagi warga solo dan sekitarnya.
Rs. Kustati is a private hospital, guys, which is complete with medical equipment as well as doctors, both specialists and generals. With friendly and patient service. shg is a destination hospital for residents of solo and surrounding areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senang sekali dengan pelayanan di RS Kustati. Semuanya syari, sesuai ajaran agama islam, dapat buku panduan doa, arah kiblat dijelaskan, azan berkumandang jelas, jadi tau kapan waktu masuk sholat. Perawatnya ada yg judes sih, tapi banyak yang ramahnya. kelas BPJS dan non BPJS tidak ada perbedaan pelayanan.
Very happy with the service at Kustati Hospital. Everything is syari, according to Islamic teachings, you get a prayer guide, the Qibla direction is explained, the call to prayer is clear, so you know when it's time to pray. There are nurses who are bitchy, but many are friendly. there is no difference in service between BPJS and non BPJS classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatnya ramah2....ada penyuluhan jg....foto sebelum covid menyerang...namun sudah ada iso covid...foto diambil saat penyuluhan ttg covid oleh dokter jatu...
The nurses are friendly....there is counseling too....the photo before the covid attack...but there is already iso-covid...the photo was taken during the counseling about covid by the fallen doctor...

Perawat ramah banyak senyum meskipun sudah jam 1 malam, dan banyak sekali pasien IGD
Fast ER snacks, friendly nurses, clean place
Friendly nurses smile a lot even though it's 1 pm, and there are lots of emergency room patients
