I arrived at half past 10, so I was tight and asked to hurry, but that's okay because I can still move fast too. Since I didn't bring a photocopy of my ID card, I asked for a photocopy directly at the small shop right in front of this hospital, at the T-junction that was busy with traders. in the form of a food & soft drink stall, not a special photocopying place. It's okay, because it's in a hurry. luckily no queuing for this photocopy. filled out form and 1 copy of ID card, brought again to the security guard in front. He made one file, then I was directed to the administration section. the location is on the second floor, not far from the stairs, just go straight a few steps. The file that I brought was handed over, then waited to be called again. After being called, I was given a kind of receipt, then directed to pay for the consultation and examination of a general practitioner. the cashier's location is on the 1st floor, down the stairs, out the door, directly to the right of the building. the counter is on the side of the building. for the fee, 30000. Then I was immediately directed to a general practitioner. the location is at the end, to the left of the ER. First, an initial examination was conducted, asking for height, weight, measuring blood pressure, and blood group. I still remember the height and goldar. I forgot my weight, so I was asked to ride in the emergency room. I was also asked if I wanted 3 or 5 parameters drug testing, I chose 3. Next, the doctor will examine the need for making this letter and regarding the medical history. the doctor is friendly and communicative. then I was directed to the cashier again, to pay for the drug check. don't bring any files, just say your name at the cashier. I use a test with 3 parameters, so the cost is 150000. If it's 5 parameters, it's 250000. After paying, I was directed to the laboratory on the 3rd floor. From the stairs, I went straight, I didn't turn. I was asked to take a urine sample in a toilet not far from the lab. this toilet only 1, for men and women. as soon as you open the door, go straight to the men's toilet, then there is another door inside for the women's toilet. So I immediately locked the door when I entered, so that no one could enter. Urine samples were immediately submitted to the lab, then waited for 1 hour. the results were brought back to the doctor on the 1st floor earlier. after that, the doctor will complete and sign a health certificate and skbn. Then, the letter is affixed with the hospital stamp and letter number, just take it to the administration section on the 2nd floor (the initial place at the time of registration), then fill in the letter number and give it a stamp. I finished this around 12.00. from arriving, checking, until I came home with a letter, I did not queue at all. so from 09.30 to 12.00 it runs smoothly without any obstacles, meaning the time it takes is 2.5 hours. total cost 180000, plus a small photocopy of ID. it's better to prepare a photocopy of this ID card beforehand. I got 2 letters, 1 health certificate and 1 drug free certificate.
