★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan,,,lelet pisan.
Mending cari RS lain aja bagi yg mau ke RS.sentot patrol khusus nya yg pake BPJS dipandang sebelah mata pisan.
 The service is not satisfactory,,, very slow.
It's better to find another hospital for those who want to go to the special patrol hospital. Sentot patrol that uses BPJS is underestimated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya teramat kecewa atas informasi yang tidak terupdate oleh website pihak rumah sakit sendri perihal poli mata dimana jadwal poli mata masih tertera d website.
Ketika saya memberikan advice untuk perbaikan website Karena sangat teramat merugikan pasien ketika poli yg d tuju tidak ada tetapi informasi website menjukan adanya jadwal poli yg di tuju.
Saat saya berbicara dengan bapak humas jawaban bapak humas adalah " terkait dari bpjs bukan dr rumah sakit "
Apapun yg terkait dalam sesuatu yg merugikan pasien saya harap RSUD PANTURA M.A SENTOT PATROL bisa memperbaiki kendala² yang ada karna saya melihat begitu buruk nya review RSUD PANTURA M.A SENTOT PARTOL.
Saya harap semua pihak yang terkait bisa memperbaiki fasilitas yg ada di RSUD PANTURA M.A SENTOT PATROL terutama jadwal² poli yg ad d website dan real poli yg tersedia.

I am very disappointed with the information that is not updated by the hospital's own website regarding the eye clinic where the eye poly schedule is still listed on the website.
When I give advice to improve the website because it is very detrimental to the patient when the destination poly is not available, but the website information shows the schedule of the destination poly.
When I spoke to the PR man, his answer was "it's related to the BPJS, not from the hospital."
Anything related to something that is detrimental to the patient, I hope that RSUD PANTURA M.A SENTOT PATROL can fix the existing problems because I see how bad the review of RSUD PANTURA M.A SENTOT PARTOL is.
I hope that all parties involved can improve the facilities at the PANTURA M.A SENTOT PATROL Hospital, especially the poly schedules that are on the website and the available real polities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah ! Dokternya lamaaaaaaaaaaa banget terlalu kehilangan banyak waktu buat nunggu , di jadwal prakteknya tertera jam 8 sampai jam setengah 12 belum dateng juga. Ini RS sistemnya jadwalnya gimana kacau sebagai pasien saya sangat teramat kecewa.
Mohon segera berbenah dan diperbaiki keluh kesah pasien. Maaf saya mengulas apa adanya dan jujur tidak mengada ngada terimakasih.
Poor! The doctor is taking too long, too much time to wait, the practice schedule says 8 to half past 12 and hasn't arrived yet. This is a hospital, the schedule is chaotic, as a patient, I am very, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penanganannya kurang bagus pegawainya banyak tapi pada main hp,saya bayar cash umum laboratorium udah bayar eh di ketik lagi di kasih bayar lagi.ga layak suster dan dokter di situ jauh banget pelayanannya,dari kota Jakarta dokter dokternya,di Jakarta tidak ada yang mainan hp fokus penanganan pasien ini sih parah kapok saya datang jam 9 penanganan infus doang jam 16:30 wib minta pulang karena pada cuek gitu pegawainya apa lagi di rawat ogah banget.

It's not worth it, the nurses and doctors there are very far away, the doctors are from the city of Jakarta, the doctors in Jakarta don't play with cellphones The focus on handling this patient is really bad, I'm tired of coming at 9 am for infusion treatment at 4:30 pm I ask to go home because the staff is so indifferent, what else is being treated so reluctantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pengalaman peibadi yg melihat pasien di rs sentot kurang cepat penanganan, ada perempuan yg sakit kangker payudara, dan komplikasi juga ,karna tidak punnya bpjs tapi menggunakan surat sktm tapi malah tidak kunjung di acc, padahal si pasien sudah lama mau hampir seminggu tidak ada penanganan serius, hannya di periksa biasa
.dari pihak sentot sendiri pun memang sudah tidak sanggup untuk menangani,dan menyuruh untuk di rujuk di rs lain. Tapi karena keluarga tidak mampu untuk ke rs lain maka terpaksa keluarga merawat pasien di sini,dan sampai si pasien wafat, baru saja di acc keburu sudah tiada. Saran dan masukan untuk rs sentot patrol semoga lepih cepat dan tanggap dlm menangani pasiennya.?

The Rs. is spacious but a bit quiet...the service is ok..but ribed...the medicine is taken by yourself the pharmacy is far away.. if it's dark at night the environment..
