★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama di bagian pendaftaran malah di tinggal mainan hp, yg jaga di bag pendaftaran agak ketus. Disuruh kontrol datang 18.30 tp dokternya datang jam 20.00 lebih padahal bayinya suruh di tinggal dirumah.. tolong di tingkatkan lagi servis dan pelayananya hargai pasien..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opname di sini empat hari tiga malam. Kamar kelas 1 ada kipas angin dan tv tabung kecil. Sehari dapat makan 3 kali, jam 6 pagi, jam 12 siang dan jam 4 sore. Kamarnya so so lah. Ga terlalu bersih tapi juga gak kotor. Biasa aja. Ada teras belakang kalau untun yang tunggu sumpek di kamar. Ada satu bed untuk tempat tidur penjaga. Terus kamar juga cukup luas sih. Cuma kamar mandinya pengap huhuhu.. Ada kecoa huhuhu... Pelayanan ramah. Dokter juga baik.
Hospitalization here four days and three nights. Class 1 rooms have a fan and a small tube tv. Can eat 3 times a day, at 6 am, 12 noon and 4 pm. The room is so so. Not too clean but not dirty either. Just ordinary. There is a back terrace if those waiting are stuffy in the room. There is one bed for the guard bed. Then the room is also quite spacious. Only the bathroom is stuffy huhuhu.. There are cockroaches huhuhu... Friendly service. Doctor is also good.

Sangat memuaskan,meski kami pake bpjs dari pemerintah (KIS) pelayanan tetap prima, suster ramah, dokter bedah pak pramono sangat baik,, tetap pertahankan service nya,,semoga semua rs bisa meniru cara memperlakukan pasien dan keluarga pasien,, 2 kali oprasi disana, kami cukup puas,, terimakasih,,

Very satisfying, even though we use BPJs from the government (KIS), the service is still excellent, the nurses are friendly, the surgeon, Pak Pramono is very good, still maintain the service, hopefully all of the RS can imitate the way to treat patients and their families ,, 2 operations there , we are quite satisfied, thank you ,,

Jam kunjungnya lebih Diperhatikan,Max yg nunggu 2 orang biar pasien tidak terganggu,Tidak 24 jam seperti sebelumnya dan yg tidak berkepentingan dilarang masuk,Tadi sih sudah Berbeda dari sebulan lalu,ada satpam nya,Sudah tidak ada Tikar yg menunggu di kiri kanan depan Kamar,,Semoga Kedepannya lebih Disiplin karena yg diutamakan kenyamanan Pasien.
Kamar mandi dibersihkan,Karena kotor sekali dan bau banget, sebelumnya maaf kalau ada pihak yg tersingunh hanya masukan saja

Referral hospital from puskesmas. The place is easily visible from the highway, igd parking can directly enter. The place is spacious, clean for sure And in my opinion a 3 star service.
