★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sya dlu pernah priksa dsni.. mnurut sya dokter.nya kurang detail ke pasien, lalu sya kaget juga bayar nya lngsg di depan, pas hamil 8bln sya pernah jatuh dri kursi dan katanya baik2 sja dngan mnjawab sntai "ibu hamil dah bnyak/sering yg jtuh".. stelah 2minggu sya pndrhan dan bayi sya mninggal di dlam kndungan, wlpun sudah takdir tpi sya ingin waktu itu dr andang lebih detail lagi mriksa.nya.. mohon untuk ditingkatkan dan lebih dekat dengan pasien..
 I've had a check here before... according to the doctor, the details weren't good enough for the patient, then I was surprised to pay for it directly up front, when I was 8 months pregnant I fell from the chair and he said it was fine with a relaxed answer, "Pregnant women have a lot / often it fell".. after 2 weeks I was admitted and my baby died in the womb, even though it was fate but I wanted Dr. Andang to check in more detail at that time.. please improve and be closer to the patient..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel kenapa ndak lihat review disini dulu. Sama istri konsultasi KB, tapi pelayanan dokter (perempuan) sangat tdk ramah, terkesan buru2 dalam menjawab pertanyaan2 kami, dan istri seperti disuruh segera ambil keputusan perihal KB karena masih ada pasien lain yg antri. Padahal antrian tinggal satu pasien saja, dan kami tdk punya cukup waktu utk berkonsultasi karena jawaban2 dokter yg terburu2. Istri jadi kapok kalau mau kesini lagi. Untuk petugas lainnya seperi satpam, front office hingga kasir cukup puas. Dulu anak ketiga kami lahir disini tahun 2014 dan pelayanan nya memuaskan. Utk harga saya tidak tahu kemahalan apa tdk, karena saya bayar 180rb udah termasuk obat Polamil (multivutamin dan mineral) sebanyak 3 strip.
Regret why I didn't see the review here first. Same with the wife for family planning consultation, but the doctor's service (female) is very unfriendly, seems rushed in answering our questions, and the wife seems to be told to immediately make a decision regarding family planning because there are other patients waiting in line. Even though there was only one patient in the queue, and we didn't have enough time to consult because of the doctors' rushed answers. The wife gets tired if she wants to come here again. For other officers such as security guards, front office to cashiers, they are quite satisfied. Our third child was born here in 2014 and the service was satisfactory. As for the price, I don't know if it's expensive or not, because I paid 180 thousand including 3 strips of Polamil (multivitamin and mineral) drugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah banyak yg mereview tapi saya akan tetap menulis ini.
1. Dokter andang kurang komunikatif, tidak banyak menjelaskan. Apalagi kalau tidak ditanya. (Pasien datang, usg, bayar ke dokter, ambil obat) gak dijelaskan gimana2nya.
2. Pro-sesar, periksa di dokter lain dibilang berat janin sudah pas, disini selalu dibilang kurang terus (biar kalau janis kebesaran bisa sesar gitu kali ya?)
3. Bayar langsung di dokter, tanpa kwitansi, dan perkedatangan bisa beda2 nominalnya. (Ini saya suudzon aja sih, kayaknya melihat tampilan pasien juga deh, karna waktu itu saya yg tampilannya kayak gembel kena 250rb sedangkan teman saya yg toko emas berjalan kena 500rb, kalo tetep mau kesini udah deh tampilan gembel kayak saya aja biar lebih murah).
4. Saya pernah dibilang plasenta previa. DEG2AN MAK, nangis semalaman saya. Sampe pindah dokter ternyata aman2 saja bahkan sampai lahiranpun aman.
There have been many reviews but I will keep writing this.
1. Your doctor is less communicative, doesn't explain much. Especially if you don't ask. (Patients come, get ultrasound, pay to the doctor, take medicine) It's not explained how.
2. Pro-cesarean, check with another doctor, they say the fetal weight is right, here it's always said to be lacking (so if it's too big, you can have a cesarean delivery, right?)
3. Pay directly at the doctor, without a receipt, and arrivals can be nominally different. (This is just my suggestion, I think I saw the patient's appearance too, because at that time I, the one who looked like crap, got 250 bucks, while my friend who was walking in the gold shop got 500 bucks, if you still want to come here, it's just like me, so it's cheaper).
4. I was once called placenta previa. DEG2AN MAK, I cried all night. Until the doctor moved, it turned out to be safe even until the birth was safe.

There is an exercise class for pregnant women every Saturday, 16.00 on the 3rd floor (free).. the trainers are good & it's very comfortable to exercise here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment to insert an IUD. Had phoned them twice to make sure everything would work out. You normally only have a short window of time every month to insert the IUD with as little pain as possible. So this was the day I was supposed to come.
Then I arrived, at 9 am, and was told that the doctor wasn't there, nobody knew that I had an appointment, then they offered that the the midwife could do insert the IUD, which I didn't want - it was not what we had negotiated, I wanted the doctor to do it.
They first claimed that the doctor had a free day, then they said the doctor had gone to an emergency surgery. Well, could be true, sounded more like made-up excuses. They even hadn't bothered to call me although they had written down my phone number.
