★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup kecewa dengan pelayanan (BPJS) dari segi pendaftaran, penyerahan resep dan pengambilan obat yang sangat lambat dan kurang koordinasinya. Pasien harus menunggu sangat lama bisa sampai 8 jam lebih.
Quite disappointed with the service (BPJS) in terms of registration, delivery of prescriptions and taking drugs which are very slow and lack of coordination. Patients have to wait very long up to 8 hours more.
