★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri saya psca melahirkan secara cesar selama 2 hari tidak pernah dipertemukan anaknya keculai pas lahirnya saja. Itupun hanya beberapa menit. Selalu ada aja alasan dari perawat. Katanya mau diantar ke ruangan tapi ternyata tidak... Bayangkan seorang ibu melahirkan anaknya lalu tidak dipertemukan selama 2 hari...

He said he wanted to be escorted to the room but he didn't... Imagine a mother giving birth to her child and then not seeing her for 2 days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan persalinan normal, pelayanan susternya gak banget, suster di sini judes judes, kurang sabar dan kurang cekatan,meski ga semuanya, tapi mayoritas kalo ngomong cepet kaya ga mau di tanya tanya pasien. Pasutri RS terkenal saran saya lebih banyak berbenah management biar pasien gak kecewa. Untuk pelayanan dokter okelah dan BPJS dipermudah, CS depan usahan senyum dilebarin senyum gratis mbk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rumah sakit bagus, pelayanan bagus, hati2 dikasir pembayaran selalu selisih. croscek ulang di tempat untuk jumalah bayar dan kwitansi. pintar cara mengecohnya. selisih 50rb kontrol anak. waktu melahirkan setelah saya check sama selisih 50rb. itu jg dirumah cross checknya. PANTESAN GAK TERIMA GESEK ATM MAUNYA TUNAI. SUPAYA BUKTI GAK ADA. haduh..... parahhhhhhhhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman istri melahirkan dengan BPJS di RSIA Pasutri sangat bagus pelayanannya, mulai dari Resepsionis sangat informatif dan mengarahkan dengan baik untuk administrasi, Kasir dan Farmasi cukup tanggap, Perawat baik, sabar dan tanggap melayani pasien, dokternya (dr. sukoco) sangat teliti, informatif, dan menangani persalinan juga sangat baik. Untuk keseluruhan RSIA Pasutri selama Istri saya dirawat disana melayani dengan sangat baik tidak membedakan pasien umum maupun BPJS. Saran untuk sarana prasarana perlu ditingkatkan dan jika ada kerusakan segera diperbaiki. Sukses terus untuk RSIA Pasutri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 thn lalu... Saya sangt mrekomndasikan tmpat ini buat rekan , ttngga dan sodara.. Tpi trnyta kali ini saya mndapati berbagai hal yg rupanya berubh sngt drastis dri 6tn yg lalu.. Yg dulu saya mrsa sangat terkesan sangt baik dri berbagai pelyanan... Tpi kali ini sangt jauh berbeda.
Dr mulai penemptn ruang rwat yg tidak sesuai dengn hakny sampai cek bekas sesar pun bukan oleh dokter yg mnanganinya.. Dan knp setiap pasien yg sudah di jadwalkn cek up hrus menghubungi dlu... Dengan alasan tkut dokternya ga praktek.. Harusnya yg mnginfokan prubhan jadwal pihak RS dong, trus fungsi kita mngisi no kontak dan email untuk apa?.. Skrang kita udah d jdwalkan hari n tgl skian.. Trus kita telp.. "Maaf tidak ada praktek di undur lgi klo ada dokter praktek tapi jngn lupa telp juga tkutnya ga praktek"... Ini bgaimna ceritnya smpai bgni? Mau smpai kapan? Pihak RS yg punya jadwal ko kita yg suruh telp dll. Jadwal g jelas smntra kondisi psien siapa yg mu tnggung jawb.. Apalagi beks sesrny ada infeksi??
Mudah'' an kkecewaan saya kali ini tidak di alami oleh pasien lain..

And knp every patient who is already in jadwalkn check up hrus contact dlu ... The grounds tkut ga doctor who practices .. Should mnginfokan prubhan RS dong party schedule, then our function mngisi no contacts and emails for what? .. skrang we've d jdwalkan day n date skian .. then we tel .. "Sorry there is no practice in retreat lGI if there are doctors practice but jngn forget tel ga tkutnya also practice "... It bgaimna ceritnya smpai bgni? Want smpai when? RS parties who have a schedule ko tell us which phone etc. Schedule g clear smntra psien conditions tnggung jawb anyone who mu .. Moreover, there is an infection Beks sesrny ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma mau azanin aja harus swap antigan, padahal vaksin udah 2 kali, berarti rumah sakit tidak percaya sama vaksin itu sendiri, sungguh peraturan penuh dengan kepentungan
