★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayannannya dari security, perawat, apoteker, pendaftaran dan dokter nya ramah², tapi agak sedikit kecewa
kemarin berobat anak, yang menurut aku cuma sakit panas, bab 3 kali aja dan flu, tapi kenapa sampe di suruh di rawat? Mungkin kalau cek darah dulu dan ternyata penyakitnya harus di rawat baru kami mau, tapi kemarin belum juga cek darah, langsung suruh rawat inap aja di IGD nya dan kami menolak, akhirnya di suruh tanda tangan surat penolakkan rawat inap, mungkin kalau orang tua pasien anak yang ngak ngerti, langsung iyya aja untuk rawat inap... Tapi aku paham dan ngerti , jadi wajar saya menolak nya.

Tapi, ada beberapa yg ingin saya sampaikan, mudah²an bisa untuk perbaikan..
❌ Dr ugd, bisa dibilang ga standby ya, kami dtg magrib, smpe situ disuruh tunggu dulu, krn petugas sedang solat, apa kabar kl pasien kritis, bisa lewat tuh..kenapa ga gantian solatnya, biar masih ada yg jaga..
✔️ Pelayanan dr ugd keruangan, baik lumayan cepat..
❌ Pelayanan perawat di ruangan, semua ramah baik, cm agak kecewa ketika infus lepas jam 04.30 ga lgsg pasang lg, dan harus tunggu jam 06, jam 06 ke jam 07 saat ganti jaga, sampe jam 08 blm dipasang juga, sampe harus ngomel dulu..
❌ Untuk biaya², harap dicek dg seksama, krn byk transaksi tanggal kapan yg terprint ke bil kita..walau memang tdk dihitung, untuk menghindari selisih biaya harap dicek dengan teliti

Nurse service in the room, all friendly and kind, I was a bit disappointed when the IV came off at 04.30 and didn't plug it in again, and had to wait at 06, 06 to 07 when changing guard, until 08 it wasn't installed either, so I had to complain first. .
For fees, please check carefully, because there are a lot of transaction dates that are printed on our bill... even though they are not counted, to avoid cost differences, please check carefully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah sekarang mau usg udah bisa didampingi suami, skrining covidnya ckp ketat untuk meminimalisir penularan, pendaftaran poli bisa by phone, semoga irhamna semakin maju kedepannya ?
Thank God, now I want to have an ultrasound, I can be accompanied by my husband, the covid screening is tight to minimize transmission, poly registration can be done by phone, hopefully Irhamna will be more advanced in the future

Mohon maaf sebelum nya. Kemaren USG ya Allah kurang puas banget pas pagi udah nunggu lumayan lama begitu masuk bukannya puas malah ntah lah kali ini kecewa .
Pdhal kesini lagi karna pas USG anak pertama dulu sangat puas tapi emang beda dr sih pas anak pertama sama ke dua. Waktu anak pertama yang jadwal sore puas detile bisa Konsul tenang puas bener bener puas pokoknya bisa tau semua perkembangan debay . Lah yang sekarang USG pagi mungkin karna dr nya cowo jadi gimna boro boro konsul sharing malah di buat bingung penjelasan juga gak jelas sama sekali kaya orang gak mut ngadepin pasien.. katanya bagus banyak yang rekomend bagus tapi kenapa pas di coba begittu ntah lah apa karna lagi ada masalah pribadi apa gimna gitu cuman kan seharusnya profesional .
Dateng USG gembira seneng . . Eh ternyata hasilnya di luar expetasi . Pulang pulang kecewa

It's now the morning ultrasound maybe because the doctor is a guy, so it's a shame that the consul sharing is confused. The explanation is also not clear at all, like people don't want to be in front of patients... they say it's good, there are a lot of good recommendations, but why is it when you try it, I don't know what because again there is a personal problem, what's the game like that, it's just supposed to be professional.
