★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siap2 bawa uang cash...bagi yg reguler..(pdhl lagi pandemi)..hari gini gak bisa gesek atau transfer lhoo...utk mbk (Erna?) yg kacamata di kasir /loket pembayaran kyknya lebih ramah di sertai senyum dgn kata2 yg tidak judes,akan lebih cantik,skrg eranya pelayanan no1,mohon management service nya di tingkatkan...utk service nurse udh full senyum ...saya pengguna VIP2 Anisa pada tgl 21 sd 23 desember 2017 lalu,,dan kembali pada tgl 4 agustus 2021 sd 6 Agustus 2021.(sprei nya msh sama sejak 2017)
 Get ready to bring cash...for the regular ones..(even though it's a pandemic).. these days you can't swipe or transfer, you know...for Ms.(Erna?) who wears glasses at the cashier/payment counter, it seems more friendly accompanied by a smile words that are not harsh, will be prettier, now is the era of number 1 service, please improve the management service ... for the service nurse is full of smiles ... I am an Anisa VIP2 user on 21 to 23 December 2017, and returned on December 21, 2017 August 4, 2021 to August 6, 2021. (the sheets are still the same since 2017)

Cm mngkin kekurangannya ya fasilitas rawat inapnya
Dan tidak ada wastafel di pintu utama
Handsanitazer pun tersedia hanya dtmpat2 tertentu
The service is very good in all parts
Maybe the drawbacks are inpatient facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh pelayanan nya sangat baik,, bapak parkir nya pun ramah dan securty nya juga respect kalau bingugg langsung di bantu,, untuk pelayanan rawat jalan/rujukan cepat stafnya pun cekatan,informasi jadwal dokter pun ada di depan pendaftaran tepat untuk fasilitas pun sudah legkap tetapi hanya lama di antrian saja
(hal biasa)usahakan datang pagi/awal agar tidak kelamaan karena tempat duduk juga terbatas, tetapi parkiran nya luas, sekian terimakasih
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh, the service was very good ,, the parking man was friendly and safe and respected, he was immediately helped, for outpatient services / quick referrals, the staff was deft, the doctor's schedule information was in front of the right registration for the facility. legkap but only long in the queue
(normal thing) try to come early / early so that it doesn't take too long because the seats are also limited, but the parking lot is wide, that's all thank you

Petugas medis dan non medis ramah semua. TERKECUALI PERAWAT MUDA di IGD masih muda tapi tidak bisa menerapkan komunikasi therapeutik kepada pasien (galak, ketus,kasar). Sayang sekali karena merupakan rumah sakit swasta yang seharus menerapkan nilai nilai keislaman. Saya sudah ketaton 2 kali, teman sekantor saya juga ketaton. Perlu dilatih lagi agar tidak justru memperburuk kondisi pasien yang datang ke IGD untuk mencari pertolongan tetapi malah semakin meningkat tekanan psikologisnya. Kenapa kamar mandi IGD tidak boleh digunakan untuk membuang urin pasien IGD?

All medical and non-medical staff are friendly. EXCEPT YOUNG NURSES in the ER are young but cannot apply therapeutic communication to patients (fierce, curtly, rude). It's a shame because it is a private hospital that has to apply Islamic values. I've been to the palace 2 times, my office mate is also one. Need to be trained again so that it does not actually worsen the condition of patients who come to the ER to seek help but instead increase their psychological pressure. Why can't the emergency room bathroom be used to dispose of the urine of emergency room patients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir luas, pelayanan sudah bagus, namun masih bisa di tingkatkan. Poli dekat dengan akses kendaraan. Jadi memudahkan bagi yang sedang sakit ingin periksa di poli.
Spacious parking, service is good, but can still be improved. Poli is close to vehicle access. So it's easier for those who are sick to check at the poly.
