★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak nyangka di Lippo Village ada RS kacau kayak gini. Kamar rawat kumuh sekali gak layak. Pasien bukannya sembuh malah makin sakit ini mah. Kapok.
I didn't think there was a chaotic hospital in Lippo Village like this. The rundown nursing room is not appropriate. Patients instead of recovering even more sick this mah. Kapok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rsu siloam narik biaya utk pasien bpjs periksa swab. Katanya langsung digantiin klo hasilnya positif.ternyata janji2 mulu udah hampir 4 bulan blom dibalikin. Alesannya nunggu cair dari pemerintah. Mana sebelumnya harus buat pernyataan tertulis klo pasien ga ditarik biaya.payah

The reason is waiting for disbursement from the government. Where beforehand you have to make a written statement if the patient is not charged

Jadi Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Karawaci, keberadaannya utk mendukung fasilitas dan sarana Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan- Karawaci. Pelayanannya sgt profesional dan menerima BPJS. Area Parkir sgt luas. Pembayaran tiket parkir harus discan atau via Aplikasi OVO, tdk melayani tunai.
It is located adjacent to Siloam Hospital Karawaci. So Siloam Karawaci General Hospital, its existence is to support the facilities and facilities of the Pelita Harapan University-Karawaci Faculty of Medicine. The service is very professional and accepts BPJS. Parking area is very large. Payment for parking tickets must be scanned or via the OVO application, cash is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon maaf ya sebelumnya. Untuk beberapa perawat dan satpam, sangat butuh pelajaran sopan santun dalam melayani masyarakat. Rumah sakit adalah fasilitas kesehatan ya, memang mencari uang, tapi juga melayani org sakit. Mana ada perawat saat ditanya krn memang baru pertama kali berobat, mosok jawabannya ketus sekali. Tolong pihak manajemen RS, didisiplinkan untuk semua karyawannya. Begitu juga dg security, saat menegur driver, bisa kan ya dg halus dan sopan? Bukan dengan triakan maupun emosi.
Sebandel apapun pasien, alangkah baiknya para medis, karyawan, staff RS semua harus ramah dan sopan. Mohon untuk perbaikan attitude ya. Semoga saran dan kicauan saya di dengar, sehingga ada perbaikan ke depannya. Terima kasih.
Sorry in advance. For some nurses and security guards, they really need a lesson in manners in serving the community. Hospitals are health facilities, yes, they do make money, but they also serve sick people. Where there is a nurse when asked because it is the first time for treatment, the answer is very curt. Please the hospital management, be disciplined for all its employees. Likewise with security, when reprimanding the driver, can it be smooth and polite? Not with trians or emotions.
No matter how stubborn the patient is, it would be nice for the medical staff, hospital staff, all of them to be friendly and polite. Please improve your attitude. Hopefully my suggestions and tweets will be heard, so that there will be improvements in the future. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birokrasi dalam pelanyanan dan penanganan khusus bpjs masih rendah atau buruk mohon ditingkatkan lagi agar pasien tidak menunggu lama..alangkah baiknya dokter” spesialis diperbayak agar penanganan lebih efisien dan cepat..khusus di rs besar rata” pelanyanan dan penanganan utk pasien bpjs masih belum maksimal ..
Bureaucracy in services and special handling of BPJS is still low or bad, please improve it so that patients don't wait long.. it would be nice to have more specialists so that treatment is more efficient and fast. ..
