pokonya malas lah kalau ke rumah sakit ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, putri saya sdh diperbolehkan plg.
- Dr. Ruzbih Bahtiar (Spec bedah) beliau dokter yg ramah dan sabar menerangkan pertanyaan yg diajukan ortu pasien (mindset masy bila pakai bpjs pelayanan krg) tapi dgn Dr. Ruzbih tdk ada bedanya. Saat visite rungan pasien malah menawarkan "Ada yg akan ditanyakan lagi". Goodluck Dr, semoga selalu menjadi Dr yg ramah dan sabar... Aamiin.
- Perawat : Alhamdulillah rensponsenya juga ramah dan sabar menerangkan dan melayani kami.
- Adm : u/ waktu pendaftaran ranap di mlm hari saran saya personilnya perlu ditambah (kmarin hanya 1) krn ada beberapa form yg hrs diisi jadi perlu waktu. Btw sejauh ini mereka juga ramah dan membantu (terutama yg pagi hari mas yg msh muda sangat membantu saat tanya pengecekan waktu operasi).
Saran :
- u/ adm mhn diinfokan sekalian ke ortu/yg akan jaga pasien (krn msh pandemi) saat pasien hrs tes swab maka ortu/penjaganya hrs tes swab juga.
Bisa dibuatkan pengumuman tertulis yg ditempel sehingga kami tdk bolak balik ke lab.
- Ruang perawatan kelas 1 nya ditambah.
Terima kasih semuanya Dr, Ruzbih, Para perawat dan RS Trimitra.
- Parkir : harga waktu/jam parkir lebih diperjelas. 1 jam pertama brp u/ motor/mobil, 2 jam berikutnya brp. Krn tulisan yg ada saat u/ nilai rupiahnya tdk ada terhapus atau sengaja dihapus. Jgn sampai masalah sepele ini berimbas ke lainnya.

Alhamdulillah, my daughter is allowed plg.
- Dr. Ruzbih Bahtiar (Surgeon Spec) he is a friendly and patient doctor who explains the questions asked by the patient's parents (mass mindset when using the krg service bpjs) but with Dr. Ruzbih is no different. During the visite, the patient even offered "Anything to be asked again". Goodluck Dr, I hope you will always be a friendly and patient Dr ... Aamiin.
- Nurse: Alhamdulillah the response was friendly and patient to explain and serve us.
- Adm: for registration time at MLM on the day I suggest that the personnel need to be added (yesterday only 1) because there are several forms that need to be filled in so it will take time. Btw so far they are also friendly and helpful (especially in the morning, the young man was very helpful when he asked to check the operation time).
Suggestion :
- For admission, please inform the parents / those who will look after the patient (because it is still a pandemic) when the patient has a swab test, the parent / carer must also take a swab test.
You can make a written announcement on the stick so we don't go back and forth to the lab.
- The first class treatment room has been added.

- Parking: the price of parking time / hour is further clarified. The first hour is for motorbike / car, the next 2 hours are brp. Because the writing that was there at the time of the rupiah value was not deleted or intentionally deleted. Don't let this trivial matter affect others.
