★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakitnya bagus, dokternya juga bagus, tetapi bagian front office ugd kurang ramah, sibuk sendiri. Saya udah antri lama. ada cewek ngantri di belakang saya nyelak di layanin duluan, giliran saya di diamin. Ada pasien di ugd harus dibawa ke ruang HCCU urgent masih aja si bapak admin ini ketengkulan sibuk sendiri merobek kertas, kayak orang gak ada kerjaan. Sampai dokter di ruang ugd nyamperin baru dia gerak. Kalo karyawan admin gak layak kerja jangan dipakai. Ini foto orangnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayah saya dirawat di sini karena stroke dan gangguan pencernaan. Kita memilih kamar VIP dengan harapan pelayanan lebih baik & privat. Kami kecewa karena cara komunikasi dokter & perawat di sini tidak ramah. Obat untuk pasien hanya ditaruh di meja tanpa di beri tahu kapan harus diminum, jenis obat apa saja yang diberikan dan bagaimana cara mengkonsumsinya (sebelum atau sesudah makan). Petugas keamanan menjalankan prosedur dengan baik tetapi perlu belajar assertiveness, sehingga dapat menyampaikan himbauan dengan ramah. Menurut kami jika dibandingkan dengan RS Selevel atau Siloam di Palembang misalnya, pelayanan di sini sangat kurang dan terkesan lamban.
My father was treated here for a stroke and indigestion. We choose VIP rooms in the hope of better & private service. We are disappointed because the way the doctors and nurses communicate here is not friendly. Medicine for patients is only put on the table without being told when to take it, what kind of medication is given and how to take it (before or after eating). Security officers carry out procedures well but need to learn assertiveness, so that they can make appeals kindly. In our opinion when compared to Selevel or Siloam Hospital in Palembang for example, the service here is very lacking and seems slow.
