★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is rather small. The nurses were good and friendly. But, I've been waiting from 4PM to 7PM. Doctor kandungan working hour is from 4-6:30 PM. God knows what happened she did not showed up. Waiting that long for a pregnant woman sure is challenging. I was not the only one in a queue.
I hope they fixed their service right away. Because i can see a lot of people are hoping for better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the nurses in haemodialysis room. No need to wait too long in administration. The staffs treated me kindly eventhough I used BPJS. The only thing I don't like about RS Sentosa is the toilet near the pharmacy. The toilet is rather small and also very stinky. Hope they'll solve this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is comfy and green, the nurses are friendly and really helpful, the doctor answered the curiosity well although the ac need to be repaired and the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.
