★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalama sy slama sminggu anak sya d rawat d rs polri.. hr sabtu sya dpt rujukan k rs porli untuk pengobatan anak sya yg kna penyakit radang pari sm anemia...cm krna rs lama gk ada alatnya yaitu harus citiscan karna slama sminggu anak sya gk sadar..smpai d rs porli anak sya d bwa k ruang ICu ternyata anak sya d satuin ama orang" yg bkan seusianya gk sperti d rs yg dlu...trus suster" nya krang telaten merawat anak kecil ..slama sminggu anak sya cm d kasih obat dan obat tnpa d tangani dengan teliti apa penyakit sebenarnya...walaupun tiap hr drah anak sya d ambilin gk tau bt apa...slama 3/4 hr alhmdulilah anak saya sadar d bsa meng3nal sya sbgai mmhnya...sya senang d terharu walaupun anak sya blon bsa d ajak bicara karna masih ada alat bantu napas ..hr sabtu tgl 13april'19 jam 8.30 dokter datang terus blang k sya ..bu anaknya mo sya copot alat bantunya...sya senang tp ragu" trus sya blang emang anak sya udah bener" bsa d cabut dok.. trus dokter blang bsa bu udah bagus...trus dr langsung mematikan alatnya k of smua....sy gk tega liat nya sya pamit k dr bahwa sya tunggu d luar biar pphnya yg nunggu..kta dr nya ya bu gpp...tp pas suami sya masuk suster mlah nyuruh keluar.. akhirnya keluarlah suami sya...selang kra" sejam ..Dr keluar trus sy tanya hasilna...dr blang bu anaknya gk kuay d cabut alat bantunya jd sya pasang lagi . Trus skrang gmn dok?gpp bu skrang anak ibu lg tdur karna pengaruh obat bsok sya konsul k dr paru ..tp anak sya gpp kan dok...?gk pp bu...sya mlai mrasa tenang.. blon nyampe 5 menit suami sya datng smbil nangis bahwa anak sya udah gk ada.. langsung sya histeris...ya allah knpa dr ama sustet bsa steledor dan setolol itu pagi td anak sya msih seger knpa dr gk ngecek dlu kekuatan s anak....anak sya br umur 2 th...jnganlah d samain sm anak yg udah gde.. bener" sya kecewa ama pelayanan rs polri ruangICu B2..susternya pda males ...cm ada 2 suster aja yg baik ngurus anak sya...pokoknya sya gk terima anak sya jd bahan percobaan....klo aja alat bantu npas gk d cabut mngkin smpai skrang anak sya masih ada ....allah akan balas perbuatan kalian.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo kalian bkn keluarga polisi jng ke sini deh. Apalagi klo pakai BPJS. Ttp dilayani sih tp asal. Oksigen sdh minta 4 X ttp g di kasih. Padahal pasien nafasnya ud megap2.Minta di UAP jg ga di kasih. Trus 6 hari walau ms nafasnya megap2, ttp di suruh pulng.. katanya ud sehat..

If you are not a family of police, come here. Especially if you use BPJS. But it is served but the origin. I have asked for 4 X oxygen but not given it. Even though the patient is already gasping for breath. I don't even give him the request. Then for 6 days even though my breath was gasping, I was told to go home ... he said he was healthy ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan BPJS cukup baik, perawatnya cepat tanggap saat kita datang. Pemeriksaan ronsen dan rekam jantung di ugd. Cuma dokternya aj yanh agak lama karena memang pasien di ugd nya cukup banyak. Farmasinya juga bagus. Semoga dapat ditingkatkan/diperbanyak lagi untuk tenaga dokternya.kebersihan agak kurang sih. Parkiran penuh. Jadi kl bawa kendaraan agak susah parkirnya.
For BPJS service is quite good, the nurse responds quickly when we come. X-ray and heart record examination at UGD. Only the doctor did it a bit longer because the patient on the ugd was quite a lot. The farm is also good. Hopefully it can be improved / reproduced more for the doctors. Cleaning is rather lacking. Full parking. So, take the vehicle rather difficult to park.
