Thank God it was the first time I took care of you here, the service was amazingly good, the doctor was friendly, especially the nurse, the nurse was very friendly, didn't take long to handle it, basically I like this hospital,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam belakang gedung rese banget. Membolehkan orang masuk. Tapi kalo lewat depan gak boleh.oh, pelayanan yang pilih-pilih. INGAT. Anda mempersulit orang lain. Suatu hari anda akan dipersulit juga. Bahkan lebih dari yang anda lakukan.
The security guard behind the building is really great. Let people in. But if you go through the front, you can't. Oh, the service is picky. REMEMBER. You make it difficult for others. One day you will be in trouble too. Even more than you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang. Nunggu masuk kamar rawat inap nunggu berjam2, staff ditanyain jdwb ny ketus bgt. Tolong RS ini perlu dibenahi pelayanan dan sistem manajemenny, biar pasien IGD segera dilayani, segera dpt kamar, tanpa harus nunggu kelamaan. Dan utk pelayanan antigen juga lama, antri antrii teros. Mau antigen antri, nunggu hasil antigen antri lagi. Mana gak ada ruang tunggu yg memadai. Toilet umum juga jauh, ada di atas deket masjid, kasian itu ibu2 yg udah tua mau naik tangga aja udah gak kuat .. tolong perbaiki ini. Pdhal dokter ny bagus2 tp sdm yg lain dan sistemny masi jauh dr RS yg lain

And for the antigen service, it's also long, queue up for the teros. Want to queue antigens, wait for the results of the queued antigens again. Where there is no adequate waiting room. The public toilet is also far away, it's above the mosque, it's a pity that old women who want to go up the stairs are not strong enough... please fix this. Even though the doctor is good, but the other tbsp and the system is still far from other hospitals
