Dengan konsep pembayaran syariah, konsumen boleh membeli tunai atau mengangsur langsung ke pengembang, tanpa perantara lembaga keuangan. Selain aman dari transaksi ribawi karena akadnya murni jual beli, prosesnya juga lebih mudah karena tidak ada BI cheking, angsurannya pun flat sampai lunas.
Rencananya, di atas lahan seluas 3500 m2 ini akan dibangun sekitar 33 unit rumah yang diprioritaskan untuk kaum muslimin. Terdiri dari 6 unit type 32/40 dan sisanya type 36/60.
Gambaran kesetraregisan lokasinya:
