★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean hospital. Always came here to meet the internist doctor when I feel sick or/and to buy mini pao at Rakuni Bakery at ground floor near to the lift. There was a Coffee Bean Shop at ground floor too. They have 2 good internist doctors : dr. Agatha Lita and dr. Hendarto. But its take a very long time for waiting the medicine in the pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let say that i did not have a great time, everything so slow, i waited like 3 hours just to meet the doctor, which by the way they told me to only wait 30mnt - one hour. For person who doesn't had lot of time, that things is horrible, and had to wait another 2 hour (up to now i wrote this review) for the medicine, not worth for the money i spent, IDR 1 million+ to consult to which the doctor doesn't give ke any advice, what the f is that, not going to back here again, BTW by the time i write this, im still waiting for the medicine. A Horrible experience

Doctors here are irresponsible, they come to the hospital as their own will.
I have waited around 1.5 hour since her working shift and nobody is coming, their staff only tell their patients to keep waiting, and eventually I fed up and bail.
Do not waste your time here.
Seriously I mean it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not known for best medical equipment nor being the best in the country. But they are good for common ailments.. like dengue, typhoid, etc.. their strong points however, is their tasty food and caring nurses that definitely brighten up your days and get you back on your feet in no time. The rakuni bakery in their lobby is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital services i ever experience my whole life.
Went there for the first pcr test and i had to wait for almost 3 hours with no clear instruction where to go.
Most of the staff are also rude.
My third pcr test result was sent after 2 days in which they claimed to be H+1.
Once you've paid them, your problem didnt matter much to them. They refused to fillout my form and the answer they gave to me didnt make sense.
Thankyou for such a horrible experience.
OUTSTANDING customer service should be one of your top priority beside the patients safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times coming to RS Royal Taruma to meet friends hospitalized here.
Generally they commented that hospital care is quite good, have modern medical check facilities, nurses are responsive and nimble, so doctors can analyze his patients quickly and take appropriate action.
It's just that there are some complaints about hospital administration, especially when going to be hospitalized. Since hospital have ISO 9001, the guidance for improving the quality of services already exists and just needs to be done.
Finally, everything depends only on the quality of maintaining its human resources.
