★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya daftar 2 untuk anak Saya dan istri Saya.. Tp yg ke input hanya 1 dengan alasan datang terlambat.. Dan bpjs nya sudah tutup.sy akui tidak konfirmasi datang terlambat.
Untuk management mungkin harus di perhatikan lagi apabila pasien datang terlambat diingatkan.. Mungkin bisa lewat tlp atau chat Wa.
Dan contact pasien harus dijadikan database supaya pada saat mendaftar online tidak ditanyakan lagi.
I registered 2 for my child and my wife.. But only 1 was entered with the excuse of arriving late.. And the BPJS was closed. I admit that I didn't confirm that it was late.
For management, it may be necessary to pay attention again if the patient arrives late and is reminded. Maybe it can be via telephone or WhatsApp chat.
And patient contacts must be used as a database so that when registering online they are not asked again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik ini enak tempatnya, bersih nyaman, rapi bersih ruangannya,.dari ruang tunggu, pendaftaran dan ruang periksa.
pelayanan ramah, staff nya informatif. untuk periksa berobat bisa menggunakan BPJS. daftar cepat sesuai kedatangan.
relatif sepi,.enak tidak ngantri lama lama. mulai jam 8 pagi sampai 9 malam. kalau bisa datang jam 7.30 supaya dapat nomor awal.
btw, dokternya.datang tepat waktu. jam 8 teng sudah masuk pasien nomor 1.
mantab laaah, saya pinda kesini aja utk BPJS nya.
this clinic is nice place, clean comfortable, neat clean room, from the waiting room, registration and examination room.
friendly service, informative staff. to check for treatment can use the BPJS. quick list according to arrival.
relatively quiet, good food, don't wait long. from 8 am to 9 pm. if you can come at 7.30 so you can get the initial number.
btw, the doctor. came on time. 8 o'clock Teng already entered patient number 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama dateng kaya ini beneran klinik ? Di gedung yg sepi mana pintu masuknya dari samping serta halaman gedung berantakan tapi pas masuk pelayanannya sangat ramah dan nyaman ??
Saya menggunakan bpjs karna daftar via wa jadi tanpa menunggu apapun langsung masuk ruang dokter kemudian nunggu obat dan selesai ??

The first impression comes like this is really a clinic? In a quiet building where the entrance is from the side and the building yard is messy but when you enter the service is very friendly and comfortable ??
I use bpjs because I registered via wa so without waiting for anything I went straight to the doctor's room then waited for the medicine and finished ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini saya periksain anak tapi anak saya tidak di periksa sama sekali. Jangankan di periksa, di pegang saja tidak, pulang dari dokter tapi nihil tanpa hasil dan info apapun. Dokter tidak ramah.
Pelayanan sudah bagus, tp sayang banget dokter umumnya non attitude. Semoga dokternya lekas sehat dan lekas sembuh seperti dokter pada umumnya.

This is the first time I checked my child but my child was not checked at all. Never mind being checked, just not holding it, coming home from the doctor but to no avail without any results and information. Doctor is not friendly.
The service is good, but it's a shame that doctors generally don't have an attitude. I hope the doctor will be healthy and get well soon like doctors in general.
