★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik lumayan lengkap. Saat saya butuh susu peptamen, cuma di apotik Roxy yg menjual. Apotik sekitaran sawangan, tidak ada satu pun yg menjual susu tersebut. Thank's Apotik Roxy sawangan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget, beli termometer forehead mode seharga 569rb, baru bisa dicoba stlh bayar, stlh bayar ternyata hasilnya berubah ubah pas dicoba dg org yg sama dan staff tdk dpt menjelaskan alasannya dan tdk tau cara mengoperasikannya.. pelayanan juga lambat dan tdk informative

Kata Ayah almarhum, yg pernah jd Pengurus Persatuan Apoteker se Jaktim, jarak apotek yg satu dg yg lain, min 500m. Ini kok bisa, apoteknya bsebelahan. Kasihan dong, pasti pangsa pasarnya sulit. Memang sih, rizki masing2... Atau saat mngajukann Surat Ijin Apotek, bersamaan dmna saat itu, di situ blm ada apotek?
Trus, aku tuh mberikn ulasan, krn pandangan sekilasku semata. Lha kok pd nanya harga obat atau stok obat/alkes ini, ada apa nggak...? Pan aku bukan pegawai di sini ya...! Telpon aja utk tahu lebih jelas... He.. he.. he.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya tidak ramah, melayaninya teriak teriak, kalo tidak tau dimana letak obatnya ya di kasi tau dengan baik. Bukan malah di teriakin. Mau saya beli apapun disana ya harus di layani dengan baik harusnya. Ibu ibu kasir yang tidak pakai kerudung badannya agak gemuk. Bikin tidak nyaman dan malas untuk datang lagi.
